GooglePositive Lettings its a great agency, we have used their services for over a year now and i wouldn't change it, great service, very professional and always reliable, we run a few rentals and they are always on top of it, flats are always rented when current tenants haven't even moved out yet, will highly recommend it to everyone.

GoogleI fully recommend positive lettings,I have been letting my properties for at least three years through them, they find a reliable tenant within a week, thereafter the tenants have always paid the rent on time and kept the property clean and tidy. I have no complaints and will always use their services in the future

GoogleMy experience with positive lettings has been a very positive one. Timothy Constable in particular has always been ethical & extremely helpful. I enjoyed dealing with them very much - quite rare in my experience of property agencies. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to both tenants & landlords.
