I have genuinely reconsidered my opinion of Leaders Bourne, and unfortunately, it’s not for the better. The tipping point came when I reported an issue with the hot water on Friday, 13/09. It’s now 23/07, 11 nights later, and the issue remains unresolved. In all that time, I’ve received only one update, and I had to chase them myself to get it. When I called in to follow up, it felt as though I was in the wrong for doing so, which was incredibly frustrating. Each time, the contractor has been blamed, citing delays because he’s waiting on a part. If that’s the case, why hasn’t the job been reassigned to another contractor, or the repair expedited in some way? The unit should have been fixed by now, no question. This isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s poor service, plain and simple. Eight nights without hot water in temperatures around 12 degrees in the mornings and evenings is unacceptable, it makes something as basic as having a shower near impossible. If I were late on rent, I’m almost certain the consequences would be swift: likely an eviction notice, fines, or worse. But when it comes to ensuring a tenant’s comfort and safety? It seems that urgency disappears. I’m now boiling water on the stove just to clean myself and my dishes, and yet there seems to be no concern from Leaders Bourne. Zero sympathy. It’s a joke. I also felt pressured into opting for the “no deposit scheme.” I was essentially told that this would make or break my chances of getting the property. While I understand it’s a strong sales tactic, it still feels manipulative. I’m now paying a monthly fee instead of a deposit, and to this day, I don’t even fully understand the point of it. At this rate they could at least refund a part of my month’s rent. Quite frankly, there’s no reason for me to list any positives. The level of service I’ve received makes it hard to trust or recommend Leaders Bourne to anyone.

Really bad agent. We have issue with our house, take them a month to respond. Finally got an email say people will come to check the house. On that 2 days we waited all day at home and no one come to check the house at all. Also we are welling to change our contract to monthly payment, we waited for over a month to get a response and they keep sending wrong form to us to sigh. Even we reply the email ask about the form they don't respond and sent us the exactly same document without saying a word!!!! Also when they send us email, they put URGENT!! Please sigh the document. But they could of start dealing the case over a month ago when we asked the we are wanting to change the contract! Try to ring them, they wont answer at all. Very bad experience
