I have had many experiences dealing with Letting agents in the past, however Jake and his team were incredible with the smooth running of my tenancy. Jake was absolutely fantastic with information, documents and the check in service. He made the experience friendly yet professional and took into consideration the fact that I was moving almost 70 miles away...with an almost 3 year old in tow. Rosedale lettings in Bourne have been a delight to deal with. I was using another local agent until Rosedale lettings was recommended to me. (Shed loads better than last agent) From the very start they have been Friendly, Helpful and professional. I did encounter a couple of problems with the property when I first moved in. The team led by Tiana were incredibly empathetic and helpful with this issue, They ensured I was updated on a regular basis and the issues were soon fixed. I would not use another local agent. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property in the area. Fabulous customer service.

I have used Rosedale to rent 2 different properties since 2010, the first between 2010 and 2015, the second from July this year (2019). The simple fact that I only called one company when needing to rent out my property again this year (due to a move abroad) says it all. Rosedale did such a good job the first time that I only had them in mind. Linzi and Jake were superb and provided excellent feedback and communication, and when the first applicant caused delays they dealt with it calmly and professionally and still managed to get a tenant into the house within days of me moving out. Living abroad I have to be able to have full faith in the management of my property because I am very limited in what I can do to help and Rosedale tick every box for me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wishing to rent a property.

Been using Rosedale Lettings for nearly a decade now and find their service second to none. They also have a online customer portal for reporting any faults which is easy to use and very intuitive. The staff are very polite and decisive about any issues of your letting. You are notified in good time when your contract is due to end so you can set up a new contract without any fear what so ever. We moved to Rosedale after a disappointing experience with another letting agent. Our experience with Rosedale managing our property in Peterborough has been superb. We travel quite a lot and have absolute confidence that the Rosedale team will manage our property in the correct manner, being fair to us and our tenants. We were involved in obtaining a selective license for our property, Rosedale walked us the the process and now manage the ongoing needs of the licensing. We have used leaders on more than one occasion for there tenant finder service, even going back to when they were Rosedale, however the last few dealings we have had have been far from satisfactory, they seem to hold on to deposits for a very long period over 3 months at present, also the last 2 times we have used there service we were overcharged £500 each time, obviously once could be a genuine mistake twice is very careless, so if you do used them expect these unsatisfactory dealings.
