Rosedale are a fantastic letting agency, currently renting for the 2nd time with them. Any time we've had any issues they have delt with everything as fast and afficently as possible as well as always being friendly. We have received wedding wishes and even mince pies last Christmas. I've recently been in touch regarding getting a pet tortoise. Alysha has been wonderful chasing it up with the landlord and making amendments with our letting agreement, she was incredibly helpful and friendly as well as being professional. Can't fault them for the 4years we've rented with them. We are also in a lovely area and love our little home.

This is my first time renting, initially I dealt with Rowena and Matt with multiple enquiries, my account is now managed by Alysha, Celia and Chloe (I’m sorry if I’ve missed anyone off, I know I send a thousand emails). I always have lots of questions with it being my first rental property and the team at Bourne are always reassuring, friendly and helpful. When I came in to collect my keys I bought my little boy and they were the absolutely loveliest bunch of people! I cannot recommend Rosedale enough, they are genuine and caring and they often go above and beyond with any queries I have, they are also very quick to respond which is such a relief, they often follow up emails with a reassuring phone call if necessary. I was extremely anxious and they have been nothing but fantastic. Honestly cannot rate them highly enough, if you’re ready to rent then don’t hesitate to trust them. Had the pleasure of starting our journey on the property ladder with Rosedale, myself, my partner and our 2 year old boy have started searching for our first family home. We have had the opportunity to view and learn about the process of properties with the help of an amazing team. Jordan has been brilliant in showing us round a few for the past couple of weeks and answered any questions we had about the process of applying for a property and about the houses. Rowena has been excellent she has always kept us up to date and aware of our application process either via phone call or over email. I work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm so found it difficult to get a viewing appointment with other property providers however, rosedale we’re so understanding and booked a viewing for us 15mins before they were due to close. This made me feel so great as I knew I was able to still look for our forever home in the comfort of not loosing money due to taking time off work. Also, They are all so polite and understanding with any question or query you may have. They have honestly been 10 out of 10 so far. We are so happy we chose Rosedale and look forward to continuing our journey with them. So thank you Jordan , Rowena and the team at Rosedale for going that extra mile.
