I have been using Rosedale Letting Specialists for a few years and I have found them to be nothing short of brilliant. They have, I am sure, gone above and beyond what is expected of a letting agent. Due to my job I am away and uncontactable quite a lot of the time but I have complete confidence in Rosedale to look after my properties. In the accounts dept, Ms Lockwood has been incredibly reliable in ensuring my statements arrive accurately and exactly when I expect them. On the occasion when I needed extra assistance she was on the case immediately, resolving the matter in the shortest possible time. My partner and I recently moved into our first rental property together, and have been extremely impressed with Rosedale's quality of service. Particularly their person centred approach. My partner is registered blind, and Rosedale have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues we've encountered. We'd like to give special thanks to Konnie - because without her prompt responses and intuition, we'd have been without heat and electricity. Being visually impaired means my partner deals with darkness on a daily basis, which she doesn't get to choose. Rosedale lettings have been fantastic throughout the whole process of finding the right house. My requirements were quite difficult however Matt was amazing and helped me tick my boxes to ensure the move was right for my family. The property management team have also been very helpful with any queries over the last year and are quick to resolve any issues. My oven decided it no longer wanted to cook and within 24 hours the oven was replaced. We have just come out of a 2 year tenancy with Rosedale as the letting agents after buying our own property and generally they were fine with the majority of staff we dealt with being pleasant. There was a few issues with miscommunication which resulted in a few hiccups from the outset of our tenancy which could have been avoided as that set us up with a bad impression however the checking out process was swift and easy. I can’t say that they were particularly incredible in comparison to other agents I have dealt with, especially in terms of service, however they definitely were not awful.

Less than impressed with the poor customer service provided by leaders as me and my mum moved out of a property at the end of October. Firstly, they continued to address my mum ‘mr’ after asking them several times to change it and still after moving out have they yet to acknowledge the issue. Second, I am less than impressed with how long it took to get the deposit back and the issues raised with how much money was taken off of the deposit. The lack of understanding and willingness to even solve the issues baffles me, the large chunk of money charged for changing menial things in the house is just outrageous, when the house was left in better conditions than we received it. They seem to favour the side of the landlord rather than the tenant. I do not recommend leaders to anyone at all, they seem to lack empathy, listening skills and good customer service, if I could give 0 stars then I would.

Never feeling like 'just a customer', but that my business matters to them.
