The whole of the rosedale letting team have been amazing the last month or so throughout me looking for a property to rent, I can't express how welcoming, informative, friendly,kind they are. The response is so quick to respond to emails and the process has been quick as well. They really give you there all to make sure you are looked after and taken care of also support and provide what you want or looking for. They have all kept this stress free with no pressure. One member of the team In particular laura has been amazing the last month, she keep me informed of what was happening with the property I was wanting to apply for then I decided I wanted to view another property after applying for the first and she was really helpful with this and supported me through it she really has made the process alot easier, laura did not rush me with wanting to see two property and potential applying to two she explained the process of it. I've known this company since they first started off in the business and I feel have seen them from all sides. As a tradesman providing a property maintenance service, as a tenant and now as a landlord. In that time I have seen the company grow into what is now a thoroughly professional organisation. Recently I had to re-let my property and Rosedale Letting Specialists managed the whole process from start to finish. Yes there were challenges along the way with potential tenants dropping out, but no sooner had one dropped out more potential tenants were found. Not just any tenants, but tenants who's requirements matched what was on offer. They were able to offer best advice as to how to prepare and present the property and arranged a cleaning service as well. At all times the team kept me informed throughout the whole process, which as a landlord when preparing a property to let is invaluable. Some of the staff I encountered, I have known for years and have seen them grow with the company, others I met for the first time and I've got to say that I've been very impressed with them all. When I've had tenants in the past, Rosedale provide me with regular inspection reports as and when necessary so that I'm always informed as to the condition of my property and how it's being looked after and they contact me only when required. They also keep me informed of all of the legal obligations required of a landlord. In short Rosedale are exactly what they say they are and that's Specialists and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Keep up the good work.

After being let down by other local letting agencies (one even turned us down due to my partner being pregnant), it has been refreshing to deal with a company that actually practices what it preaches in terms of how it treats tenants.
