Had a good few valuations and my partner booked one with Jackson Bailey, I was a little apprehensive as had never heard of them before. Well I couldn't have been more wrong! Jackson Bailey have been absolutely amazing from the initial quotation to the final sale. The process of moving was in no way a smooth one due to people pulling out but Jackson Bailey were brilliant. They always did what they said they were going to, they actioned things really quickly and were friendly and supportive throughout. They were honest and really cared about the people they were working with which is more than I can say for other agents! We got there eventually! Covid, furlough, buyers pulling out, pretty much went through it all but the guys at Jackson Bailey have been amazing. Not only helping us sell our house, but offering valuable advice and opinions on the many questions we had about buying a new one. Communication has been fantastic, they're available pretty much whenever you need them. I could write more, but I don't need to. If you're thinking of moving, give them a call. Professional, friendly and exactly the sort of service you would expect. I wouldn't use anyone else, and you shouldn't either.
