The very best service from start to finish! From the initial visit to discuss our house sale, The pictures, that were so good I wanted to make an offer on my own house, The free advice at every step of the journey, To the exchange of contract and completion, Jackson Bailey are the team you need in your corner. Along the way you may get tempted to experiment with other Agents but you will soon realise , as you interact with other Agents for viewings etc. that they do not live up to the standards set by Jackson Bailey, that you had now come to expect to be the norm. The only way our experience could have been improved would have been for us to have also purchased our new home through Jackson Bailey No matter how long the journey and how many twists it takes, Jackson Bailey will be with you all the way and genuinely care about you and your satisfaction. In an industry that doesn't seem to have too many good guys, Ben and Jack are a pleasurable exception. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their home and have a positive experience!

We have just moved into our new home in West End, and I would like to share some feedback on our experience, both selling our house, and buying our new house, through Jackson Bailey. Entering into the process, we had our preconceived perceptions of Estate Agency, after hearing stories of untrustworthy and unreliable brokers…. However both Ben & Jack very quickly broke this mould. Exceptionally personable and very credible, Ben guided us through the whole process and kept us updated at all times. His honesty and transparency really shone through, and was very refreshing and provided comfort in what is a very anxious and emotional process. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a personable and honest estate agency to use Jackson Bailey, and I wish Ben & Jack all the best with the business.

I will 100% be recommending Jackson Bailey to others. Brilliant service, quick and efficient, friendly and enthusiastic and most of all, trustworthy. This was the first time we had sold a house (as well as buying), they took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions. Communication was brilliant, we rarely needed to contact them because they always came to us first, if we did email them with anything the response was within hours if not minutes. The photos of our house were taken midday Wednesday, it was on Rightmove by Wednesday evening and our house was sold by the following Monday morning!!! Stress free selling.
