GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. I am in the process of purchasing a property, which contractually was meant to be vacated. However this has not been followed up by the agent nor was it enforced. The agent now is ignoring my contacts and requests of this being enforced.

GoogleExcellent estate agents. Great buying experience from putting an offer to completion, considering this was a corporate sale and my offer was in public domain, so open to be gazumped. Albeit, Lynne from The Purple Property Shop was prompt on my every communication, and updated the vendor on my every move. The deal was (amazingly) completed in 18 days. Thanks to everyone at the office, and in particular Lynne for her professionalism and personal care.

GoogleOur viewing with Tara was really good, she showed us round really well but also let us have a look at the property ourselves. She was very forthcoming and professional in answering our questions and was really enthusiastic about the property. Came away from the viewing talking about how nice and lovely she was.

GoogleWe couldn't have asked for a better estate agents. They were on the ball from day one. Our house sold within 7 days. Our onward purchase became a nightmare and we were at a loss. Megan R spoke to me every week, sometimes multiple times a day, to help chase solicitors and reassure me that everything would be OK. Even on our completion day we ran into hiccups with our solicitor and she came to the house to collect the keys last minute so we could continue to empty the house. If you're looking for an estate agent that goes that extra mile and honestly wants what's best for you as well as your property then look no further than The Purple Property shop 😊❤

GoogleIf your looking for someone to manage your rental properties then you wont go wrong with this team. From finding the right tenants to dealing with queries & services they are professional, promt & freindly. As new landlords we rang a number of agents for advice prior to rental & Purple Property Shop were by far the best . They offer a number of packages & all are great value compared to many others (Take a look yourselves). Its coming up to 1 year since we signed up with them & to date we are very pleased. GoogleI’ve recently handed over the management of my property to The Purple Property Shop after becoming too busy to manage it myself any longer and I wish I’d done it years ago. Everyone I’ve dealt with, and Sally Jones in particular, have been a great help and given me a sense of confidence over any future dealings. The monthly fee is very reasonable for the service provided and I’m looking forward to my life being a lot easier from now on!

GoogleWe decided to let the Purple property shop sell our property because they sold another property on our Grove last year very quickly, also it's a Bolton based estate agent and they have a very competitive valuation fee etc. Very pleased with the whole operation from the valuation and photo shoot and also the information received throughout the sale via day by day emails and phone calls. Our property sold within a week at a very respectable price due to the many viewings that the Purple Property shop attracted, well done and thanks from myself and my good Lady Wife!

GoogleThe Purple Property Shop have just sold my late mothers home. Matt initially came to value the property and explained the different packages that PPS offer, then came the viewings which PPS completely took care of. The property was quickly sold. We had chosen a complete package which also included the Solicitor, so the process was extremely simple. PPS passed on all details and instructed the Solicitor and then liaised with them throughout the conveyancing process. The service that we received from PPS was extremely smooth, professional and efficient. The customer service we received from the whole team was second to none. We would definitely recommend The Purple Property Shop 100%.

GoogleOn initial meeting with Purple Property was exceptional, professional and understanding of our requirements. The marketing was also exceptional and professional with a young Emma who also knew what we were looking for. We took control of the viewings when advised of potential buyers which were found very quickly thanks to Purple Property data base, this was followed up quickly with an offer after just one viewing which wasn’t to our expectations. There then was another offer from a second viewing which was excepted and house sold. From there on in in our opinion it went down hill as we felt that Purple Property went more towards the purchasers than seller. We ended up with a final completion sale £3k below our original acceptance offer. This saddens me to leave this comment on a negative after such a exceptional, professional and understanding start.
Hi Carl, many thanks for review. There are times with a sale where the buyer asks to re-negotiate on the agreed price and as you know this happened with your sale. Unfortunately the law allows negotiation up to the point of exchange and our role is to be the communicator to both sides during this process. Our Sales Progression Manager would have been open and honest with both sides and would not have sided with the buyer to your detriment. We do appreciate you leaving us the review.

GoogleHi there - I decided to use The Purple Property Shop to sell my house after my previous agent failed to achieve a sale. I was amazed at how quickly they moved to get me on their listings. The valuation was done on Friday and by Monday photos and sale particulars were taken and by today is was on the RightMove and other sites. The staff I have dealt with have been very friendly helpful and customer orientated. Above all they spent a good deal of time to get to know me discuss my requirements and what strategy would work best for me. I certainly feel more confident that the property will attract more attention / viewings and definitely sell now that I am using The Purple Property Shop.

GoogleI was renting a property from The Purple Property Shop until recently and in my experience, the team are all very pleasant and very professional. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly. They were always flexible around my work with any appointments, or inspections. I dealt mainly with Oliver who joined the team after i moved in, but he was very professional and helpful. Thank you for your assistance in the last 4 years Sally and your team. It was a pleasure.

GoogleThis is the second time I have had experience of The Purple Property Shop having used them previously. From the first contact with The Purple Property Shop, they have at all times been highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I received a very easy to understand explanation of the process of selling my property, the valuation they recommended and a very competitive quotation for their services. The property was sold very quickly, all queries and viewings were dealt with by TPPS and I was kept fully informed at all times of viewings, offers and the like. Since accepting an offer on the property, I have received weekly update calls and additional information as necessary. I can fully recommend the team at The Purple Property Shop.

GoogleOut of the dozens of 'request for details' emails sent out to different agents via Zoopla. Most of them did not respond. The next level of response was that the property was no longer available and asked me if I would be interested in another more expensive one. Only two agents followed through professionally and one of them is The Purple Property Shop. Tara also helped me expand my search after understanding my needs. Her effort is well appreciated.

GoogleI'll start at the beginning, first meeting Mathew who valued our home, he was warm and professional and gave me information on the selling potential of our home, next was Kelly who is very friendly, made me feel at ease, and reassuring, and the most important they never pushed us, they just let us decide on our house being sold by purple property shop, which I found really important. Jemma came to take pictures and details of our home; the pictures and how our house is presented look great, and she has done a great job. The process up to now of getting our house on the market has been very easy and would recommend Purple Property Shop.
