I can honestly say that my experience was great and i do believe that we wouldn't have had our home if it wasn't for the above and beyond hard work of the staff at the purple property shop. after lots of unforeseen issues with mortgage lenders and brokers, we was ready to give up! but with there help and advise we came out the other end with the house we wanted and at a better price too. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, as a first time buyer I always had lots of questions and the team were always happy to provide an answer or would always come back to me quickly after seeking advice. I found that their customer service was great and would not hesitate to share my experience with others and recommend them to friends and family. I did not have any issues and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The information held on the property I purchased was accurate and they were completely honest throughout the process. The team at The Purple Property Shop have been amazing, I was hesitant to rent my property out at first as I have never done it before but they talked me through the process and arranged everything for me so I had it all in place before my tenant moved in. They found someone suitable almost immediately and have kept me updated throughout with any maintenance issues which have been dealt with in good time. I will definitely use them again if I add to my portfolio and would recommend them to anyone who is or wants to be a landlord without all the stress of managing a property yourself.
