GoogleThank you so much to Kelly and Mollie who have made it their mission to find the perfect property for me. They also have contacts with financial advisers for the mortgage and recommended local solicitors. It's a one stop shop for everything you need and I would recommend them to everyone.

GoogleI felt looked after through every process of my house sale by this wonderful team. Each step was explained and nothing was too much trouble. Mollie, Kelly and Aimee supported me through the process and worked so hard selling my house and helping me find a new one. Over the moon with the service and how caring the whole team is.

GoogleMoved to purple property shop after a bad experience with another agency and was really impressed. After providing an excellent brochure Mollie answered and returned calls quickly, kept logs of customers and chased up transactions throughout the chain and kept us informed every step of the way. We really couldn’t have asked for a better service from Mollie

GoogleI held off giving a review as my daughter was with them but after the way they treated her I can now give my review. Purple property sold our house in 24 hours but not due to their efforts. The couple who bought it had just missed a house on the same row, they asked if our house was for sale, we showed them round and they agreed to buy it. The board had not even gone up. We made the mistake of not getting the couple's contact details. We asked PP many times to ask the couple if they wanted to show their parents round and also if they wanted the office furniture, both of these they did but not one message was passed on to them. Don't bother with the 3D floor plan, it was totally wrong, a child could do better, a waste of money.
Dear Paul, thank you for your review. In response let me address the issues you have raised. You placed your property on the market with us after your previous agent failed to sell it and you were unhappy with their service. We marketed your property and received an offer from a couple the same day they viewed it, which was 4 days after the property went on the market. The offer was for the full asking price and you were happy to accept the offer. If this couple had previously viewed it with you and then contacted us for a viewing, then I’m not sure how that becomes out fault! We have no recollection of the couple being asked if they wanted to show their parents round, if the couple has asked us to ask you to do this then we would have been in contact with you. With regards the office furniture - I can confirm you contacted us to ask the buyers if they wanted this. You asked late in the sales process, not during the initial sales negotiation, in fact not long before completion and the couple said they didn’t want it and this message was passed back to you. I believed you were miffed at this reply as it meant you had to go back to the property to remove the furniture as you had already moved out, and you didn’t want to do this. Again I’m not sure why this is our fault. With regards the floor plan, we measured the property twice, the second time because you disagreed with the measurements. The floor plan was not incorrect but if it was then you should have highlighted this to us and we could then have addressed an error. In summary, we sold your property when another agent couldn’t. We got you the full asking price and sold it in 4 days.

GoogleTo be honest, the entire staff team are amazing. Very personable and professional. They do all the hardwork for you so there is really nothing to worry about. I will recommend them over and over again. In short, they have become my plug. I can give them a 6/5 if possible. Lol. Thumbs up to Ollie Boyden. He’s very wonderful. He gave me a sweet experience with the purple property shop.

GoogleSo far I have only had a house viewing which was quickly arranged by Meghan, . Tara showed us around and was lovely and pleasant, we did not feel rushed and she answered any queries that we had. A couple of more detailed questions she said she would find out and get back to us we she did very quickly. Great so far, we look forward to dealing further with them.
