Hayley was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend the purple property shop great service.

GoogleDaniel has been a brilliant help. He showed me around a property I'm very much interested in, answered all my questions, let me have a good look around, and felt very much at ease. No pushy sales talk, and can tell Purple Property really do care about the work they do. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for somewhere to move to. I've been looking for a new place for a while and can confidently say they have been the best agency I've viewed with. Thank you to Daniel for his help, and professional service.

GoogleFrom the very start of contacting Purple Property Shop to help us sell our house, we have been very impressed with the service we have received so far. From meeting Mathew who promptly came out to value our house, in fact gave us the best valuation we could have hoped to achieve. We found him very knowledgeable, warm & kind. Next we met Gemma & Leon who came to take the photos, which were done beautifully. They both along with Kelly then arranged lots of viewings which were done very professionally. Leon has been our main point of contact throughout the whole process & he has been brilliant in guiding us through it all & has kept us updated the whole way through. If you want your expectations to be exceeded then definitely contact Purple Property Shop

Particularly Amy has been was extremely helpful, professional, and patient as we navigated through our property search process. Amy took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and tried to match our requirements with the available properties on the market . GoogleSo glad we chose Purple Property Shop over the other agents I spoke to. From the start, the advice I received from Matthew was impressive and precise. I wasn’t pushed at all and when I was ready, the property was on the market in no time thanks to Mollie and Michelle who were an absolute pleasure. Even when I visited the office I was helped out by the manager Kelly who has given great advice and kept me updated throughout. We’ve been inundated with interest which has all been dealt with efficiently and effectively. Superb work, very happy. Will definitely be using PPS for everything we do in the future!

Jemma was prompt when she attended to take the pictures and she completed the write up that night so the property could be made live the next day due to our tight deadlines! GoogleSelling a rental property in Bolton - I was originally unhappy with the level of contact with the old members of staff. Since Michelle and Mollie joined / took over looking after the sale they have been a complete breath of fresh air! I don’t live locally but they provided regular updates with calls/emails so I was always in the loop. Despite being on the market for 4 months they actually managed to get an offer above the figure that we were hoping to achieve which was really great and unexpected. They also seem like really genuinely nice people. I would happily use PPS again thanks to the level of service from Michelle and Mollie. Also thanks to Kelly and Sally too. This is a great team of people!

GoogleSigned up to sell my property with the Purple Property Shop after being interested in one of their properties for sale. The worst decision I've ever made. On listing the property they informed me that they had buyers wanting property in my area. I was advised that I could have professional photos taken, but at an additional fee to myself. I did think that a professional Estate Agent should be capable of taking decent photographs without paying an additional fee, but, after signing the contract it turned out that the photographs were amateurish and poor. I tried, with the help of a friend, to resolve the photograph issue, by visiting the office to discuss, however, the agent was derogatory and arrogant. The property was on the market for just over 4 months and despite reducing the price I had only one viewing. I asked for another sale board to be erected on the main road, to increase visibility, on more than 1 occasion, each time I was told they would look into it, but it never materialised. This company tie you into a 6 month contract and do only the basics. I begrudgingly paid £400 for the pleasure of getting out of the contract. Not a good experience and a waste of time. I wish I knew then, as I do now, that a good estate agents won't tie you into a contract or ask you to pay extra for professional photographs. Don't bother!! ****my response to the update below****** I did not provide a previous review regarding photographs? Not all estate agents charge extra for professional photographs. I was happy with the updated photographs that were taken after our meeting, Molly is very capable and accommodating, there was never any critiscm of her professional attitude. My point about the tie in period and paying to leave is that I was dissatisfied with the lack of positive action during the time my property was on sale with you. I totally understand that I would be required to pay for the marketing that you had done. Of course I signed the contract, in hindsight I wished someone had written an honest review prior to me doing this though. Why would I leave during the 14 day cooling-off period, I had no reason to at that point. Don't be fooled, other agents either don't tie you in or ask for a minimal tie In period. My review is there to assist other sellers to make an informed decision.
Thank you for your review, we are disappointed you were not happy with our service, particularly after you gave us a 5* review following the photography and marketing of your property. We have found it strange that after 4 months you then decided to take this review down and put up a 1* review criticising the photography. With regards professional photography, you will find the majority of estate agents offer this as an additional service. Our in-house marketing agent takes fabulous photos but we are aware that a professional photographer does hold an additional skill set that we can offer to clients. To prevent our clients paying higher fees as standard, we offer it as an additional service so the choice can be the sellers. As you didn’t choose this service I’m not quite sure why you are complaining about it. It was your choice and you chose not to select it so you didn’t pay anything extra. I note you did attend our office and meet with one of our agents to discuss your property and I am sorry you were unhappy with this meeting. You signed our sales contract and as with all contracts you had the opportunity to cancel it within 14 days without paying a penny but you chose to proceed. You were never forced to sign it and you were fully aware of the length of time the contract was for. It is clearly explained that if you decide to walk away during the contract period then we ask you pay for work that has already been done. I don’t understand how this is confusing. We respected your right to cancel the contract but I don‘t see how you feel you shouldn’t pay anything. Our service is no different to booking a holiday / buying a car etc in that if you cancel the service after a given time then you pay an amount of money to compensate us for the work undertaken. That said we are sorry that you feel that you would be better suited to a different agent, and we wish you all the best with your sale.

Michelle what can we say amazing sales techniques very informative to the people viewing. It was very nice to see her come prior to her first viewing to understand our home and ask us any questions that she was unsure of. GoogleI just want to say Todd and the team at The Purple Property shop were efficient through the entire process from start to completion of my house purchase. They answered all queries promptly and didn’t mess me about. They were honest and accommodating. They fit me in whenever suited me for documentation copies and allowed me to view the property however many times I wanted without hesitation. So a big thank you to everyone at TPPS and an extra thank you for the goodie box upon sale completion!

Right from the start and from welcoming Matthew into our property which we had decided to rent out, we knew we were in safe hands. Their expertise in the market for sales and letting property is faultless and they have packages to suit everyone. Sally and Aimee have worked so hard on our behalf making sure that viewings got full attention, credit checks done by potential tenants, all legal premises certificates were done and for a new landlord like myself, and I found this so helpful. What could have been a daunting thing but I had nothing to worry about. Their communication with us was priceless throughout and it was always a delight to speak to any of the team. Very easy to talk to and very approachable. Mollie came to size the rooms and took the photos - which came out beautifully! I have been really pleased with her ongoing communication and the amount of interest that has been generated straight away.
