It wasn't the easiest of moves but they have been very patient and understanding. GoogleI had a really positive experience with the Leyanne she showed us around the property. From the initial phone call, she came across as calm, professional, and easy to talk to which made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. During the viewing she maintained that same relaxed and approachable manner. She gave us space to look around but was always available to answer any questions we had. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout.

GoogleFrom contacting the office on the first week of January wanting to sell my property, the valuation was booked within 2 days fitting me in to suit my availability, Hayley's pictures looked amazing and a day later my home was online all within a week!!! 5*.. The team are very friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend.

Aimee was brilliant at managing the whole process and really reassured us by answering any questions we might have truthfully and honestly. Managed to go from viewing, to application to signing the paperwork for a flat in 2 weeks all thanks to the diligent hard work at the Purple Property Shop! Would 100% recommend!

GoogleMy partner and I were recently informed of our landlord's plans to sell our home. After the last time we experienced this, we were filled with dread, knowing what searching for a property to rent can be like. We applied for several properties via Rightmove and Zoopla and immediately began to apply for various properties with varying outcomes. One that stood out to us immediately was with the Purple Property Shop and we hurriedly put a request in for it. It was a well looked-after, reasonably priced property. I was amazed by the quick turnaround between my email and having a viewing arranged. Not only has it been quick, but the service we've received has been wonderful. The Purple Property Shop kept us updated every step of the way and have been consistently transparent. The difference between the Purple Property Shop and the other estate agents has been astounding. Dealing with Aimee and the team has been an absolute pleasure and made the journey of looking for a house much more straight forward and dare I say enjoyable! I really felt as though Aimee was on our side throughout the application. Thank you so much guys!
