GoogleMollie has been great in dealing with the sale of my property and ensuring completion took place on the date needed. Mollie was always 'on the case' and provided much needed help in pushing things along and chasing solicitors from all sides! Mollie is a credit to The Purple Property Shop and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleThanks to Lynne Mason and the team at The Purple Property Shop for excellent service in the purchase of another property. We have bought 4 through them now with another on the way, and each time they have done an excellent job. Professional, straight talking and helpful to both vendors and buyers alike, our experience with The Purple Property Shop is they go out of their way to provide information needed, keep in touch with everyone involved in the chain, deal with any issues and are always very approachable and helpful. They work hard to get the right buyer fast for sales, using the good-old-fashioned approach of building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and investors (which can be easily overlooked these days by others) as well as all the new online marketing techniques. I would recommend The Purple Property Shop to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent property in Bolton.

GoogleFrom beginning to end the purple property shop, in particular Lynne Mason, have provided an absolutely top class and brilliant service. When the sale of our property fell through, they were there to pick up the pieces and keep the momentum. Communication with buyers and solicitors was efficient, prompt and tireless and when we finally found a buyer the process was thorough and communication was consistently positive and encouraging. We want to give a huge thanks to all the team but specifically Lynne: THANKS LYNNE!! We would recommend them over any other estate agent and well worth getting on board. Amazing agents!

GoogleI previously had a poor opinion of estate agents (sorry guys) so my expectations were fairly low.... Now I can honestly say that the Purple Property Shop are not only the best estate agents I've ever dealt with but probably the best company I have ever dealt with. I did a lot of research when choosing who to sell my house, I interviewed four agents and I had a spreadsheets full of pros and cons - but in the end I chose with my heart, I just knew instinctively they were the right fit. I could never have anticipated the bumps that appeared on the road to selling my home but James, Danielle, Matthew and especially Lynn helped me navigate them as smoothly as possible. They went above and beyond, and were worth ever penny and more. Thank you.

I would recommend Purple property shop to anyone planning to sell there house and I think the cost was very good value thanks to all who worked on my sale.

GoogleThis company lie all the time by saying everyone is unknown to them or not on the database and they deny all knowledge of knowing people. Just because a name is not on the database does not mean you have not dealt with them! Both myself and Lisa German, who has already written a review on here have had dealings with you as we both were interested in a house you had on offer. You were obnoxious to both of us and argumentative in every sense even when it came to discussing things on the phone BEFORE we even became a proper customer so please stop lying about dealings with people just because you say you don't recognise names or you say they're not known to you...it's a poor excuse! This is not a competitor so again, please stop making arrogant assumptions and statements. I also dealt with you on Lisa's behalf and you were just as rude to me!! I would never be on your database as I wouldn't be stupid enough now to ever become a customer. Poor excuses given on here for bad reviews by a company too arrogant to accept any responsibility for poor behaviour and customer service.
Dear Karen Having read your review as I did the review from Lisa German it would be impossible for either of you to discuss an offer on a property without giving your name to a member of staff and whilst I accept you may not be on our database (although I would have assumed you or Lisa would have viewed the property) I assume you would have given your name to someone, however no-one in the office has spoken to you. Neither of you have provided any details about the property you enquired about or the member of staff you spoke to, which I find odd. Given there is clearly some confusion here I have looked into things a little more. From doing some research I believe you are the only Karen Lesley Mackey and that you are from the Ashford, Kent area where there is also a Purple Property estate agents. On the face of it I am assuming you have selected us in error as I would assume that someone feeling so strong about leaving such a critical review would happily provide us with more details to enable us to improve our services but neither Lisa or you have done this. I am still of the view that you have mistaken us for another company, however given your interesting background in a lettings company (Urban Lettings) and subsequent court case and custodial sentence (link to one of many Google articles: http://www.sheffieldtelegraph.co.uk/news/crime/sheffield-fraudster-who-conned-clients-in-prison-appeal-1-4799445 ) I am concerned that you have purposely undertaken a vindictive and what can only be described as a truly spiteful review on behalf of a competitor. GoogleMy and my partner were looking for a house to rent, both of us knew the nightmare it can be sometimes looking for houses and applying for different ones. We applied for several properties via Rightmove, Zoopla and On the market. But when The Purple Property Shop contacted us everything changed. The customer service was perfect, warm and friendly. Michelle really helped a lot with all the questions at the viewing and made me feel at home. Thanks as well to Aimee for the all the help and making the application process so easy. Thank you to Megan for dealing with this and more so Tara who managed to get the information I needed sorted for me on the Saturday which ultimately led to me making the offer.
