GoogleRecently bought a house with the PPS and I cannot recommend them enough! We have experienced excellent communication from all the friendly and helpful staff whenever we have called. Leon and especially Kelly have been fantastic - they have both made the process as stress free as possible :)

GoogleJust wanted to leave a review for the lovely Mollie who we dealt with whilst looking for our first home. We had dealt with lots of other estate agents whilst looking and none were as lovely and friendly as Mollie. She really put us at ease and was really helpful. GoogleKelly took over our case midway and i’m soo glad she did! We are first time buyers so there was so much we didn’t know! Kelly was so patient with us and took time and explained everything and kept us up to date always! Even more than our own solicitors. GoogleWhat a gem of a business. Thank you to all the staff, especially Tara, Mollie, Kelly and Sally. Every member of staff have your interests at heart. We were renting over a five year period until , unfortunately, we had to move. The girls were amazing, we felt totally supported until our ongoing property was found....don't think you could improve this business or the way their clients are helped and treated.

GoogleVery poor and rude customer service. I was in the process of purchasing a BTL property from them, firstly they hid that the apartment’s (WaterSide Gardens BL1) adjoining land has been impacted by Japanese Knotweed, even after getting the specialist survey done Purple Property refused to acknowledge the fact. Purple Property Shop and the landlord kept changing the goalposts (from putting an urgency to complete and even insisting on the landlord to remain as a tenant after completion). Moment they realised I was spending time to do further research around the red/amber environmental search results (coal mine impacting the property, Japanese knotweed, mobile signal, water stream etc) they dropped me an email informing they are putting the property back in the market and its no longer for sale for me. The whole process had cost me 4 months of pain and £500 in surveys and solicitor fees. Stay clear and them and do enough research if you are thinking of purchasing or renting a property around that area.
Wow, what at interesting review! However, I thought it may be helpful to add some truth to it. I have therefore reviewed all our notes and emails (all of which are kept) and can confirm you made an offer on the property in mid- August 2022. You informed us that the survey has suggested the possibility of Japanese Knotweed in the area and we therefore informed the seller. This was a surprise to us as we have sold quite a few properties on this development and had no concerns of this raised with us and also the garden area around the building is maintained well. This said the seller took some photos of the ‘weed’ in question and you forwarded these photos to your lender and whilst you informed us you planned to get a survey, we heard nothing of this and in updates from your solicitor, they confirmed your mortgage offer was in with them, confirming the lender clearly has no concerns regarding ‘suspected Japanese Knotweed’. Your accusation that we ‘hid’ this is a lie and clearly just a bitter comment from you. Now let’s move on to your other accusations, the delays in the progress of the sale were in fact down to you. At the end of November all enquiries had been replied to and the seller’s solicitor was asking for a completion date. You confirmed you were too busy to review the documents and it would need to wait for a couple of weeks and at that time you would also agree a date. In early January, you again outlined you were too busy to read the documents sent to you and would not expect to be able to do this for a further couple of weeks. Given it was now getting on for 5 months and you were still not prepared to agree a date, the seller decided to pull out of the sale and re-market the property. Finally, in relation to us ‘insisting’ the seller stay as a tenant in the property is again a lie. The seller hadn’t found an onward purchase and he asked us to speak to you about the possibility of staying on as a tenant, particularly as you were purchasing the property as a buy to let. You actually were very interested in this, later checking by email if the seller was still interested in staying on after the sale completed and asking about our rental packages, which our Lettings Manager called and discussed with you. When the seller was asking what was happening with the sale and the delay in agreeing a completion date you become irritated by this and it was at this point you decided to say he couldn’t stay on at the property after completion. Whilst we accept negative reviews and try to review and improve in any way we can from them, to receive one that is nothing but lies and very much twists of the truth is quite shocking and reflects more on you as the reviewer. I would recommend that if you decide to proceed down your path of becoming a property investor, you respect people, invest in the process and cease undertaking tedious, malicious reviews.

GoogleWe recently had a viewing on a property in hopes to find our forever home. Michelle showed us around a beautiful home and was both informative and welcoming. The love she gave in to selling the property was as if she had loved it as her own home and gave an extra positive feel to the sale. She placed importance of making sure we were looking at the right home for us and cared for our views and opinions and placed importance of us finding the right property for us. She's also gave a added personal touch when close to the end of the visit she recognised us as a previous customer of selling our last property and we were very pleased and greatful that she played a part in that sale after seeing her passion for her job. She is a credit to the team.

GoogleI've been renting my flat through Purple Property Shop now for just over 2 years and I have had a fantastic experience dealing with Aimee over the past few months. She is so helpful and an absolute superstar when it comes to dealing with any issues or questions I have (and I probably ask a lot!). Renting with them has been a super easy process since the start, as is renewing my tenancy each year. Would highly recommend!
