GoogleThe staff were all really friendly and helpful. I never had to chase anything, they always phoned me with any news or if they needed anything. I used the solicitor they recommended, as a first time buyer, this was the easiest option for me, but turned out to be for the best as the solicitor was amazing. Got a lovely gift on getting our keys. Would definitely recommend and use if we were to sell in the future

GoogleWe chose Purple Property Shop to market our home only last week, so far there's 12 viewings booked for today and tomorrow, I'm sure these viewings could have been done earlier but due to working shifts this was the earliest we could do. 12 viewings in a depressed market is in my view an excellent result. Fingers crossed the offers flow in.

GoogleHad a very positive experience with Purple Property Shop and Mollie in particular. The buying process hit a few bumps in the road (cheers cyberattack) but communication with Mollie was constant and I know how hard she worked to keep all parties happy until the sale finally got over the line.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful. I am in the process of purchasing a property, which contractually was meant to be vacated. However this has not been followed up by the agent nor was it enforced. The agent now is ignoring my contacts and requests of this being enforced.
