GoogleShocking experience dealing with Sally. Rental property advertised as 'available now', viewed 5 x days ago, not informed at viewing the property was not available 'now'. When pushing for confirmation occupancy date, as she was aware our situation was urgent, driving 2-hour round trip to pay hold fee, when pushed for confirming occupancy date, she decided to pull the property. Only prepared to work at her pace, and as soon as we pushed for clarity she turned on us. Spoke to my partner with an unacceptable tone and arrogant attitude. Be careful and don't trust 'available now'. It's not.

Having reviewed your review I thought it would be best to respond to the issues you have raised. The property was advertised as available now as it is available now. At the viewing you asked if it was possible to move in on the 31st May. As you hadn’t actually applied for the property at that stage I informed you I could not guarantee any move in date as credit and reference checks would need to be undertaken and they can delay things. You accepted this and didn’t question it any further. You attended our office 5 days later, because that was the only day you could come in together and was not due to a delay on our part. During the application process I talked you through what happens and informed you that the process can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks and sometimes this delay can be due to employees taking their time getting back to confirm employment etc. You both accepted this without question and at no point during this meeting informed me there was an urgency on your part to move in. Approximately 2 hours after you left the office you emailed me saying ‘I'd just like to check that you are aware that we will need to occupy the property on the 31 May (latest) as we need to be out of our current house on this date?’. You also outlined you needed to book ‘today/tomorrow’ vans, wifi etc. You did not raise this with me at any point in the office so I replied to your email outlining again that I could not guarantee a move in date for you as checks needed to be completed. Whilst I agreed to do all I could, I continued to inform you that I could not guarantee a move in date for you at this stage. Our due diligence process is there to ensure all checks have been completed and they cannot be negated to allow you to move in early. After a number of emails and phone conversations you continued to argue that it had to be before that date and I didn’t feel the right path was for the tenancy process to continue as I couldn’t guarantee you access to the property as early as you wanted. I wish you both well for the future.

Her professionalism and expertise was above and beyond, exceptional. GoogleMollie picked up the sale of my house half way through under tricky circumstances as the first buyer had pulled out and the new buyer was not communicating at all. She did a excellent job of keeping me updated and going the extra mile to keep things on track. The second sale also fell through and Mollie did an excellent Job of raising my spirits and found a 3rd and final buyer very quickly to keep my onward purchase alive. Moving house is very stressful but Mollie did an good job at listening to my concerns and finding solutions to any problems that came up along the way. Thanks for all your hard work.

GooglePurple Proerty Shop did not lock my front door left my alarm going. Ashley was the viewer I knocked on his car window to hear Natasha Taylor Lettings Manager was slagging me off. Which I find very unprofessional no apology was given. This is the worst estate agent I have ever used full of hot air, lots of time wasters. Will not use this estate agent again.

Dear Donna, I have reviewed the issues you have raised and in addition, spoken to both the agent who undertook the viewing, along with the staff in the shop with whom you spoke to and the people who viewed your property. The viewing occurred on Saturday, 3rd November 2018. Our agent undertook the viewing and the two viewers who met him at the property had also just viewed another property with him so arrived at your property at the same time as him. When our agent entered the property, the alarm went off and he realised he hadn’t written the code down and so called the office for it. It was provided to him straightaway and the alarm was disarmed, in total both Ashley and the viewers felt the alarm was going off for about two minutes. The viewers confirmed the alarm did not go off again and the viewing continued as normal. Whilst the viewing was going on, you called the office to complain that the alarm has gone off and referred to our agent in a very rude and derogatory way. Following the viewing our agent left the property with the viewers and they have confirmed they saw him reset the alarm and lock your door as they were still talking to him about the property. Once in the car, you approached it and told the agent he had not locked the property, he confirmed to you that he had and offered to return back to the property with you to evidence this but you told him not to. No member of staff at any point has ‘slagged you off ’. With regards time wasters - anyone requesting to view a property are asked what position they are in to purchase and also if they are purchasing with cash or a mortgage. If it is a mortgage then we confirm a decision in principle has been obtained before the viewing is booked in. You did have a number of viewings and also received a number of offers and whilst the offers were not as high as you wanted that doesn't make them time wasters.
