GoogleWe were in a chain of 3 (inc us) and Lauren was the only person who tried to liaise with all parties and keep us updated. Not the easiest of jobs, but she got there with a lot of tenacity.

GoogleMy sewerage pipe blocked up over Easter and the staff were fantastic at trying to get it sorted. Joanne Griffiths was amazing and kept me updated, the work was carried out as soon as they could

GoogleI was deal with Lauren Mchenry she was brilliant. Kept us updated every 2 to 3 weeks on the vendors progress until the completion of sale . Yes the sale too very long but that was because of the vendor taking her time . Finally we got there and completed . Yes I would recommend. GoogleI have been renting from Northwood for 10 years. I have always received excellent service. Always very friendly and welcoming over the phone. Never had any problems when reporting an issue and it’s always been dealt with efficiently and in reasonable time. Would definitely recommend Northwood and would myself rent off them again 😁 …

GoogleTerrible service, living with black mold for over a year, property hadnt even been hoovered when I moved in. Was immaculate when I moved out yet was still charged 175 just for light cleaning. They rarely reply to your emails. When I complained about damp, they just replied that it wasnt!!

GoogleI have been using Northwood now for 5 years for the letting of two properties, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Very friendly staff who deal with all aspects of letting quickly and efficiently. I have used other letting agents in the past but now I wouldn't go anywhere else.
