I would fully recommend Northwood Bolton and most especially Rebecca Oliver. Rebecca came to carry out a Probate valuation. She was extremely kind and sympathetic knowing my circumstances and was extremely thorough in her valuation showing her wealth of knowledge of the properties in the area and her experience. Since the property has gone on the market she has kept me up to date with any enquiries and viewings that she had arranged and gave me feedback at the first possible opportunity and going out of her way to contact potential buyers for their comments and feedback following the viewings. This was done either by telephone or email. As the property is empty and I don't live in the area, she made sure checks were done to the property and if there were any problems she would let me know and feedback all was well especially as the property was being sold over the winter months. Rebecca I feel, has gone above and beyond her role and I could not be happier with the service she has provided. Thank you Rebecca.

If you're looking for an estate agents to sell your property in Bolton look no further and use Norhwood. The service I received from Northwood was outstanding, they were on the ball, very conscientious, driven and followed up every lead they could to sell my property. The communication was excellent as well especially when a buyer was found they were constantly in touch with all parties so we all knew where we were up to during the sale process. I have worked with Northwood several years now in a professional capacity and have found them to be excellent. In particular, they are very diligent, organised and prompt in dealing with matters. They are also familiar with what rules must be complied with when letting and managing properties, and are very proactive in terms of anticipating potential problems and getting ahead of them before they arise. Not all estate agents are the same. Northwood have proven this. From the begining, Diana & Rebecca have been simply excellent in their professionalism and communication with us. They have kept us updated in everything immediatley, instead of updating us once a week. There has been no pressure in signing up with them in the first place (unlike one or two other agents). Both Rebecca & Diana have been upfront and honest with us all the way - from setting the price to sell to advising on offers. I was a landlord , initially using miller metcalfe who sold the lease of a preoperty i was renting out to northwood based in Bolton , wich meant in laymans terms they were in breach of contract and in breach of data protection , I have never received a single statment from either miller metcalfe nor from northwood , there have been multiple structural alterations and damage to the propertty including a lot of theft and down right malicious damage ! therefore i have decided to launch an online campaigne to make3 the public aware of thease rogue firms ! Who in my personal experiance have been downright dishonest and have took the proverbial , avoid this firm and its partner in mischeif miller metcalfe at all costs i would leave thjem a review well the minus !

Excellent service from start to finish. Lauren kept me informed every step of the way in what turned out to be a very difficult sale (not their fault). I ended up moving to Northwoods after I felt let down by another estate agents. I saw that they had sold a number of houses on my street and after speaking with my neighbours they to recommended them. They had a friendly approach and nothing was too much. If you are in the Bolton area and considering selling your home, I fully recommend using Northwood. I recently sold my property and was lucky enough to have Laura and Lauren supporting me throughout the sale. The service they provided was nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, personable and professional, both Laura and Lauren kept me informed on progress and were always on hand to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process.
