GoogleTerrible rental property from start to finish. Major leak from bathroom into kitchenin Oct 19. Had no electric in the kitchen for 4 days. Had no kitchen floor till we moved Feb 20. Numerous problems with central heating and damp and damp spores all over property. Shower never ran hot from moving in tiil we left. Front door leaked when raining ruining my new carpet. Was made out they weren't major issues. Couldn't wait till my 12 months were up on the property.

GoogleWe can't speak highly enough of Hannon Holmes! We have recently sold our house with them and the service we received was impeccable and truly personal from start to finish. Gillian took stunning photos that were used to list our property and they ultimately played a large part in us selling our house in a few short days of being on the market! Naomi was on hand day and night throughout the stages of the sale to answer any questions we had and ensure things were going smoothly. GoogleNothing but praise for this company. In particular Melissa who was handling my letting enquiry and totally understood my sense of urgency for wanting to get in sooner than originally discussed. Well handled as I know I can be a complete pain lol. The personal feel of the company, even down to the Director Terry doing the viewings with me was really nice. When visiting the office to pick up my keys and sign paperwork, all the ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful. Just a really great experience all in all. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service and people, they work so hard at all hours yet never make you feel like your asking too much, we completely trust them. It is such an emotional roller-coaster selling your house and trying to find a house you love, I cannot recommend them enough. Gill has been truly extraordinary, patient, kind and positive in stressful times always going out of her way to make a situation work and I know she really cares. GooglePoor service. Poor communications. Did not sort the property I rented with them when I was living there, that severely affect my health. When I moved they kept my deposit, even though I lived in poor conditions. I am a front line nurse that has been working throughout the pandemic, and they made me feel like dirt. Shocking service. Hi Lyn. Thank you for your review. We take all feedback extremely seriously. Having reviewed your comments and checked our records, I can see you had a number of issues. As explained to you at the time, unfortunately, the landlords approval must be sought for all works to be done. Legally and from an insurance point of view, we can not undertake work unless there is a serious risk to health. All jobs were rectified whilst you were still living at the property once all authorisations had been given. I'm sorry you felt poorly treated, we did everything in our power though to get all valid issues resolved. Again my apologies that you feel that you were let down, although the reasons were given to you in detail at the time. Finally, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you and the NHS frontline staff have done for us.
