I had a really positive experience using Hannon Holmes to find a tenant for my property in Farnworth. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient from the start. Within hours of inspecting the house they had great photos taken and the property advertised online. They also gave helpful advice on the best rent to aim for and handled all the referencing and tenant checks, which made the whole process very straightforward. I’ve been a landlord for over 20 years and usually relied on word of mouth to find tenants, with mixed results, so it was great to have professionals take care of everything. A very personable and efficient team, I’d happily recommend them to any landlord.

We have absolutely no complaints, they consistently went above and beyond for us, even when our own solicitors failed to provide updates/information, they would make sure we were updated and answered any questions we had quickly.
