My wife and I were first time buyers and had been looking for a property for some time. From the first viewing my wife was really impressed with how friendly and helpful Hannon Holmes were. They would always answer all our questions, no matter how silly we thought they were, and reply quickly. There were a few hiccups along the way, with us not being familiar with the buying process, but Naomi was really patient with us and helped us to do everything to make sure the purchase went through. I cannot recommend Hannon Holmes enough. They were friendly, helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. A big thank you again to the whole team!

My experience of Hannon Holmes has been exceptional. This team of professionals manage my tenancies and I have used them to sell two houses, both of which were sold within a week of putting them on the market. The last was the sale of my mum’s house after she passed away. Both Gillian and Naomi were superb - very respectful of the circumstances before and during the transfer of the property. Gillian gives honest and valuable advice about marketing and selling and works tirelessly on the sellers behalf. Once a sale has been agreed, Naomi works incredibly hard to ensure the process from the sale agreement to the final transfer goes ahead smoothly as she liaises with buyers, solicitors on the seller’s behalf. My tenants are also treated with consideration and respect and communication between me, Hannon Holmes and my tenants is great. I recommend this company to anyone I know who is thinking of selling or renting. Hannon Holmes is a family company who do what they do very well indeed.

Had an amazing experience with Hannon Holmes, after 2 years of looking for a home for me and my daughter they did everything to make sure I found one. Terrie was amazing at keeping me updated and did everything he could to make sure I fit the criteria for my now new place. And Suzanne was so helpful in making the process run smoothly, she was always there for advice and helped me whenever I needed support or advice. Suzanne would only be a call, email away and would get onto it straight away. She really did make the process so easy. They have been amazing and I can’t thank them enough. We used Hannon Holmes for selling and buying. At times it felt like we were destined to not move , we had offers rejected, even one that was a highest bid, then nothing really caught our eye, with various estate agents in total we saw over 20 properties and lost out on 4 properties. But every one there was always something we would have to put up with, small kitchen, no room for a garage, bad view. Our house sold in its first week and time was flying by, then she turned up, our forever home. Needs a lot of tlc but our own ideas our own stamp on her rather than someone else's. Our sale completed and we are now in rented while tradesmen do the necessary work. We hope to move into it in 4 weeks time. Stress has been crazy, 2 house moves in 2 months, not ideal but will be worth it. How the staff at Hannon Holmes handled every aspect of the 2 houses was amazing. We are forever grateful, and would not hesitate in recommending them. They worked above and beyond for us, and we wish them every success for the future xx

I purchased my new home through Hannon Holmes so I was not their client. I have honestly never encountered such excellent service from anywhere. The transaction was particularly difficult and stressful and Naomi has quite literally kept me from a breakdown. Her empathy, professionalism and dedication to helping everyone concerned shone through, and this was also the case with Gillian who covered at times over the six months. Both went way beyond delivering excellent service and I am so very grateful for everything you have done including taking two/three calls a day, corresponding outside of business hours, chasing on my behalf, being a shoulder to cry on, being reassuring, plus much more! I cannot recommend highly enough and would like to take this opportunity to publicly say thank you so much for everything. (We finally exchanged today with completion tomorrow and this is mostly due to Naomi’s hard work and support.)
