GoogleFrom start to finish, the process of renting through Hannon has been second to none. From an initial enquiry on a property with Stephen who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the application through to the handover of keys with Suzanne, who was so was so lovely, friendly, chatty and polite despite the many questions both me and my partner asked, nothing has been too much trouble for any of the team. The systems used by Hannon to go through the application digitally online has made the entire process so easy and simple and also gave us the ability to track the application and know where abouts we are up to. The property we moved in to had been sat vacant before we moved in so Hannon we're so helpful with helping us to ensure the inventory was up to date and accurate. GoogleKnow how to be serious but unfortunately mostly not. House not clean when I got the keys. Companies sent are always fixing Half of the problem, constant issues not solved at time.

Hi Nicola. Thank you for your review. We take any comments very seriously. As we explained on the phone to you, we need to limit the amount of viewings at anyone property for two reasons. One being to manage applicants expectations as we have a large number of applicants for each property and not everyone will be successful. Secondly, due to the pandemic, it wouldn't be wise for us to show all applicants a property, as sometimes, as was the case with the property you wanted to view, there were over 25 people applied before you did. On ending, as mentioned in my email to you, we will endeavor to help you find a property in order to regain your faith in our organisation.

They took the time to answer & explain things that we didn't know when we couldn't get hold of our solicitor. Our sale went through within 6 weeks so we didn't have long to wait until geting into our home, but they were incredible every step of the way! Thanks so much!

GoogleRecently dealt with them and great experience. Had one estate agent come out and initially offered 100 pounds less in rent. After seeing the property and che king our kitchen and new bathroom reluctantly said we will be to get a further 50 pounds but still be prepared to reduce to 550. We contacted hannon holmes and terry came out. Straight away agreed property was worth 650. On the first viewing we got tenants. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you team for all your support

Hannon Holmes have just sold our property and they provided a really professional & personal service. The house sold within days of going on the market at full asking price. Gill & Naomi took care of everything, ensuring the sale quickly progressed to completion and keeping everyone informed at all times. GoogleAbsolute joke of a company made my great aunt of 80 years old travel from Preston to Bolton for her to wait and then call to be told she didn’t confirm the appointment to sell her property although she did. Would never use again Or recommend

We do however totally refute your version of events and having checked our system, we did actually arrive at the agreed time of 11am. Your great Aunt however thought the time agreed was 12pm. We then did offer to come straight back but this offer was refused outright. If your Aunt would like us to visit the property again, we can arrange to pick her up at our expense to conduct a valuation.
