Hi Philip. Thank you for your review. I do feel however your 1 star review is completely unnecessary as is your comment of “shocking company” To put this into perspective, as of 1st June 2019, Agents are no longer able to charge tenants any administration or referencing fees. A response to this is that we are now doing 70% more viewings on properties than we were two weeks ago. So although applicants benefit from no up front fees, a consequence of the ban is that there are now far more applicants than properties. Therefore we are fully booked until next week despite the fact that we do evening and weekend viewings. You were offered a viewing next week that you declined. If the property is still available and you still want to see it next week, please call our office and we will be delighted to organise this for you.

My transaction involved a difficult process with the buyer and his solicitor that proved to be extremely frustrating and stressful. The staff were friendly, professional and excellent communicators. I think what makes them stand out from the competition is their customer service. I never had to chase them once for information or updates, as they sent me regular feedback of the process and liaised with the buyer and both solicitors involved.
Viewings of the property were arranged quickly and efficiently.
The service was very good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again and recommend to friends and family.
