Don't use Entwistle Green to sell your house. Poor communication, poor follow up. Poor overall.......as a post script to the review posted. I replied 48 hours ago as requested and surprise!! Surprise!!! No response...it seems that Entwistle Green live in their own perfect bubble and are in deniel of anything wrong.

I came in to look for an apartment with this wonderful firm and a friendly lady called Katie Critchley attended to me in a pleasant way, and ever since then the communication about to get accomodation has being so great, i think she deserves more and i recommend this good company to people looking for house to buy or rent, they are reliable.

Entwistle Green

Entwistle Green, Blackpool are probably the worst estate agency I have dealt with in a very crowded field. I agreed to them letting a flat I owned and they failed to make me aware that the tenant had failed the reference check. They rang and asked if I would accept a guarantor for the rent, but gave me no explanation as to why that was required. The tenant was the worst tenant I have ever experienced in 30 years of letting property. He assaulted three policemen in the house, threatened my other tenants and myself. He was dealing in Spice and was, for the most part drugged up to his eyeballs. He wrecked the flat which had just been renovated and paid no rent at all apart from the initial amount. I was given no help from the office and in the end had to pay him £700 to leave. They have kept the deposit he paid and said they can't pay it back to either of us. I cannot recommend this agency in any way, shape or form.

Eve and team were great

Eve was very helpful, has a friendly personality and gave us the information that we needed at the time. When she said she would ring us back she did. She knows that we wanted 10 Ronwood instead of the one in town and informed us straight way that it was available. All staff were great as well.

A bit disorganised

First valuation was cancelled by them as it was apparently booked, under the wrong branch, only told on the morning of the valuation , second valuation missed as valuer was ill, told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for another booking. Didn't want to take the chance as I'd already taken two days off work for them. Understand people get ill but when you've let someone down twice you move them to the head of the queue not keep them waiting for another 2 weeks.

There tenants next to use have been the worst in civilised people I have seen in my life. They have smashed up there property drugs on the street police have been involved more times then I count absolute living hell for over 5 years. But somehow these people think it's fine to keep such an abusive rough tenant in the same property. Were sick to death of them. Weve complained so many times to them and police nothing gets done. There tenant dings loudly all day of the top of her voice were fed up. I will be taking legal action against this agancy

I arranged to rent a property through them and paid both the deposit and the first month’s rent after viewing the house with Joe. Chris initially told me that he had a number of clients looking for a similar property to mine. Once the house went on the market, he was true to his word and I had 20 viewings in 2 days, so much so that he managed to get a number of offers over the original asking price. Once an offer was accepted, Carl took over and he was on top of everything from the beginning. He made regular up-dates and when lawyers were not answering requests he sent out emails and pushed just sufficiently to get the sale back on track. Overall a good professional service and a good outcome. I would use Entwistle Green again.

Absolutely outstanding company! Kate Steadman who was the mortgage advisor recommended by the sales team was amazing. Kate really helped us with the mortgage and advice, especially with being first time buyers during this pandemic going on, she guided us through the whole process and was always there to talk to when we needed advice on the purchase.
