Me and my partner are very happy with the service from Jack Butterworth in the Blackpool office. Very professional at all times. Was always in constant contact with us and never left us in the dark. The worst experience in my life , very unprofessional behaviour by the landlord as well as the agency, first they said to move as soon as possible and after chasing the references when everything was complete the landlord said i no longer want to continue , wasting time and i had no where to go as I already gave a notice to my previous landlord it was quite un pathetic and absolutely not acceptable behaviour entirely rude people the dont deserve to advertise an property

GoogleExtremely bad service and very unprofessional. What can I say, these people are either dodgy or incompetent, probably both. Could not recommend to my worst enemy. From failing to provide an inventory at the beginning of tenancy to failing to provide a new contract (we had contract with the previous agency, this agency took over the management of the property). It looks their own goal is to rip you off, nothing else matters for them, only money. They should be embarrassed and ashamed about the service they provide, but I get the impression that they arn't. Overall the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth . Avoid at all costs if looking to rent.

GoogleEarlier this year I sold my house with Entwistle Green and I couldn’t be happier with their service. With the initial valuing they were very helpful and offered good, sound advice which in the end worked out well as I got above asking price in only a couple of weeks. The agent I dealt with during the sale was Chris Lowe who was always keeping me updated throughout the process, which put my mind at ease if there was any slight issues along the way. It’s safe to say I will be using entwistle green if I ever look to move again and will be recommending anyone else I know thats looking to move

From start to finish, we thought they were proffessional, efficient and always very friendly. We will be using their branch again soon to sell another property and have no problem in recommending this branch's team to anyone else selling in this area. They have made complicated processes very simple for me, especially during this pandemic. Entwistle Green (St Helens)Unfortunately I have to give 1 star review and even that is being generous. After telling us that we were going to be given another contract after our renewal date by the way a week and a half later we were issued with an section 21 no fault eviction so they lied. Apparently the landlord was sentenced to 10 years in prison which has nothing to do with us but when we did find a property they wouldn't allow us to leave earlier. They lied from the start and then we get given a council tax bill for 4 days after we moved out. We moved out on the 24th November they have charged us until the 28th November. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL AGENT. I SERIOUSLY WOULDN'T GO THROUGH THEM AT WHATEVER THE COST. There unscrupulous and pushy and useless and the staff turnover is terrible.

Could not be happier with the service and support we have had from Entwistle in the Widnes/Runcorn area. We have been in contact with Amy for the last few weeks who has been a live saver. My mum has been looking for a new house after receiving a notice from her current landlord. Every agency or rep we have spoken with has been extremely unhelpful, it came across judgemental as soon as we mentioned my mums disability and the support she needs. Amy has gone above and beyond to make us feel valued and supported and did not stop trying to help us. The constant communication and reassurance made us feel so at ease and has made the whole transition so much easier. I can’t thank you enough!l and my mum is extremely grateful.

My mums flat flooded due to a leaking pipe, it's been over 9 weeks and both Entwistle and the landlord have still not fixed the problem. Black mould has overtook the floors and walls in the bedroom causing my mum to have breathing difficulties, a very nasty cough, headaches and nose bleeds. Both Entwistle and the landlord have been made aware or the extent of this health and safety issue and both denied responsibility at first until I went through the contract to disprove their claims. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible horrible company. No customer centricity. Having rented for 12 months from them and paid my rent on time every month, when it came to refunding my deposit they were deliberately obstructive. The leaving inspection was completed quickly with the recommendation the full deposit was refunded due to the clean condition the property was left in. 2 weeks later they finally put the money back in my account. £1700 to an individual is a lot of money and I had bills to pay for my new property but the team at Entwistle did not care. No sympathy, empathy or urgency. I bet it would have been different if my rent was two weeks late. My advice is stay far away from these sharks.

GoogleI was very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company in relation to the recent sale of my property. There may be many estate agents competing for your business today in different shapes and forms, but in my opinion others are highly unlikely to give you the time or the effort that this company will. I would like to thank all staff and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

My pensioner father moved out of one of their properties in June into sheltered accommodation. They have owed him over £1000 since then in rent overpayment and deposit. Despite numerous emails and calls they are still withholding his money and he's now in arrears at his new property. Sheila and Anthony from the Allerton branch have been no help in sorting this problem despite numerous attempts to get his money back. We will now have no option than to seek legal advice on how we can get his money back. They are shameless scammers, avoid at all costs or you will regret it.
