My offer was accepted more than 1 month ago in St Helens, survey done and no sales memo yet issued to my solicitor to process purchase deal. No reply to calls and emails. Before doing survey which is costly, agent confirmed the property sold vacant possession and no chain.Now still awaiting follow up work from the agent.Rather frustrating.

I’m happily using EG Warrington for the sale of my house. Liam impressed me from the start no hard sell, but importantly loved my house and I knew he would do everything to sell it. Lisa & Lucy took time to get to know the house which enabled them to sell it to potential purchasers, gaining knowledge of my home ( extra details make a difference).I got to know Chris a few years ago and he with all the others in the team have been true professionals this time around.

I recently contacted Entwistle Green on several occasions trying to get a viewing on a property in Westhoughton Bolton, on each occasion the person i spoke with was more interested in my property, it's value, giving me a valuation,, putting my property on the market with them , I was told if I didn't comply with these requests I was unlikely to get a viewing , I gave up in the end and would certainly never put my home up for sale with this estate agent, absolutely shocking treatment .

Karen helped us looking at a couple of properties and finally choosing the one for us, where I felt she really cared about helping us through the process of being accepted for the rental. She was a great help and was very reassuring thoughout the process, communicating each step, answering all my questions and making it as smooth as possible for us. TrustpilotAwful - they try to hold onto your good faith / holding deposit
TerribleHave kept hold of my "good faith deposit" that I paid when I viewed the property in order to secure it prior to tenancy. They have been making it incredibly hard to get back. Even though I took up the tenancy and paid rent like clockwork for two years. I think they rely on people giving up.Don't give them any holding deposit OR good faith deposit without a written invoice or document prior to you handing money over.Update. After months of going through the Property Ombudsman Entwistle Green Lost! They had to pay me the good faith deposit back. It was proved that they had tried to keep the deposit (through a process of taking the deposit twice - once at viewing and then trying some fancy accounting on the first rent bill).

GoogleWe had a good experience when buying our property. It went through quite quickly and that is partly to do with the estate agents chasing up enquiries and keeping everyone in the loop. GoogleOutstanding customer service. Professional. Friendly. Totally on the ball. During the process of selling my house, I did not live in the area. Entwistle Green did everything on my behalf, and Hayley called me when needed, even to give updates. I rarely write reviews and felt to in this case. I honestly can not recommend them enough.

Really upset with this company. Arranged a viewing for a property and showed up early. Waited 20 minutes, called many times and had no answer. When we finally got through, we were told the property was no longer available and they were dishonest with us, claiming to have called and left a message (no missed calls, no voicemails).

This company is a scam. I strongly regret going with them from the get go. Beverly, who is the lettings manager is completely incapable of understanding and executing basic tasks. She originally lied to us about when originally renting a flat and told us there was someone else interested to offer £25 extra a month, in which I later found out was a lie. She also mentioned that the flat was "fully furnished", and also was advertised as such, which was also a lie. The landlord told me he would never had agreed to allow them to say this. She told us the mattresses in the flat were "brand new", but after arriving looked at least 10 years old. She then took over a month, with a lot of emailing and calling to give us our deposit back, refusing to admit, she had anything to do with it. The company is so unorganised, it seems like it's ran by interns. Beverly's attitude over the phone is horrendous, she has terrible customer service skills. But hey! at least now I know, if I ever see an Entwistle Green Lettings logo on a property, to run for the hills!

I have been waiting for my deposit for 22 days after I had moved out which is unacceptable. The staff are exceptionally rude and pass you on to other people to avoid blame. Beverly who is the manager does nothing to help you out and is incapable of doing her job., Sheila who is also another member of staff is also as useless as Beverly. Do not use this letting agents I repeat do not use this letting agents they are absolutely awful and cannot do a simple task of returning a deposit which should take 3-4 working days not nearly a month.

Blackpool branch, I'm a landlord and tried ringing the letting side, have left my number twice over last couple of days, no one got back to me, tried ringing loads of times straight to the answer machine, these are the people that you are paying to rent your property, if you cannot get through how the hell can they let your property for you, I have now gone with someone else
