Shortly after requesting information about a property I received a call from the lovely Hayley who helped a very nervous first-time buyer navigate their first house viewing, and even arranged a meeting between me and a mortgage advisor. The viewing was quick and easy, the follow up was unobtrusive and all communication has been top-notch!
The mortgage advisor Hayley put me in touch with - Kate - has been absolutely incredible and I cannot fault her at all! Information was given accurately and in a way that was easy to understand, and she was very responsive to all of my questions.
I would recommend Entwistle Green to anyone in a heartbeat - everyone is so friendly and helpful, and has made the experience of purchasing my first house such a positive one!

It was the first time for myself buying and selling at the same time, when people tell you it's stressful, believe them. I was based at the Bolton branch of entwistle green and everyone was kind and listened, however, the only person that could run that place with her eyes close was Hayley. No disrespect to others but I got to the point that every time I rang, the response was "I'll ask Hayley". The manager eventually stepped in after things did so long and my mother had to go chasing up lease hold documents, was unfortunate Hayley was off work. Give the girl a raise. She could run the place single handed.

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora.

Awful experience would not use again. I dealt with Gary Trappe at the Burnley branch. He valued our property for £15,000 more than it was sold for at auction where we had felt pressured to sell. Apart from the initial contact to sign the contract I never heard from him again even though he had been kept in the loop via email communication with the suction company - I am sold. It was particularly misleading and deceptive as we had signed a contract less than a month ago with him and there had been no mention of the valuation price changing and certainly not by that much. Either the valuation price had deliberately been set high to entice us or they hadn’t pushed the sale. We ended up making a loss of £15,000 using them and their auction company. They care about getting their fees paid and they really don’t care to make you the maximum from the sale. To that end they do the bare minimum. I would not use again because they don’t consider your best interest only their own.
