This Estate Agent are a team of whom work together as a solid foundation with their main goal in mind to be able to position clients onto there next transition. I sold my house with this Company, it was Matthew the valuer of whom placed my home on the Market after it came off of the market with another agent who let me down so many times in finding buyers who were not qualified for the purchase of my house. Naturally my confidence was low because of this at the beginning as I appointed this company but Matthew assured me he would get me across to my dream home on the coast and within 2 weeks my property was sold on behalf of Entwistle Green, Bolton. Matthew is a delightful professional and easy speaking individual with warmth and has a manner with him that whilst always remaining professional has a flair to give the best advice and delivers his confidence to make one feel you are in safe hands. The process of selling my home was then under pinned with the support of Chris Lowe the Branch Manager he was by my side every step of the way, always available to speak to with any concerns I had and very responsive in returning calls and emails. Chris has so much patience and his re assuring gentle manner instinctively keeps you feeling strong in mind through the processes. Chris is highly professional and as a branch manager its plain to see he knows his craft very well indeed. Courtney answers the phone at the office and I have had the pleasure to meet her in person. A very pleasing young lady always happy to assist wherever she can. I would strongly recommend this branch to sell your property, after being with another letting agent before these I know the difference and Entwistle Green Bolton, far out weigh any other Estate Agent. Within 6 days from now I will be living on the coast and it was through this wonderful team that crossed me over and made my end goal a reality! I've just moved from Dubai to the UK with my family. As a new comer in the UK and trying to find a home for me and my family, it is was really tough. When I thought I couldn't find any one to give me a break and let me rent their property, I got a call and the lady told me her name is Katie and she's received my inquiry regarding a 3 bed for rent. Katie Critchley, the lettings negotiator, was really amazing. Even though I was in London at that time and couldn't do a physical viewing, she told me she will go to the property, do a video and send to me, and true to her words, she did. I've lived in Dubai for over 2 decades and in all my years of renting properties in Dubai, I've never encountered any agent or a member of the staff with such passion and dedication in their work and happy to go the extra mile for a customer. Katie Critchley made the whole process smooth and seamless and even when I explained to her that my family is in an Airbnb and would love to move into the new place at a particular date, she made that date happen for my family and I. Working with Katie is really and truly amazing, Katie is awesome, she is truly God sent to me and I'm happily she called me that day, and I highly recommend her. I contacted Entwhistle Green on Monday interested in a newly added property. Spoke to Jemma who was just amazing. She had brilliant customer service, a warm nature and on the ball from the get go. She arranged a viewing for the next day at 8AM before she even started work! Jemma got all the information we required to us straight away and asked all the important questions. Excellent and amazing service by Jemma Graham at Entwistle green. It’s always a nervous time looking for a flat but from day one Jemma made the process an easy one. She was easy to talk to, great sense of professionalism and understanding that she had. I called a few estate agents in the greater Manchester area and Jemma was the one that stood out for me. She sent me a tour of the flat via online after I couldn’t make the viewing, this was going above and beyond to a great effect. She also helped me pick a place according to my budget and location requirements, this was phenomenal service and I can’t express my gratitude enough for Jemma. I found this property and a gentleman called Carl answered who was very helpful and polite. He said he would call me back in 2 weeks as tenants had COVID. I forgot as I looked at different properties but he stuck to his word and he booked me in for viewing. Then Carl went to the extra mile and said that they can beat my broker's quote. I was very hesitant and thought that it was not possible and after speaking to Kate (the broker who was also amazing), they managed to get me a cheaper deal which was a relief because my previous brokers were a nightmare. In regards to the whole mortgage process, it was very smooth, they kept me updated along the way and did not run into any issues. They were easy to contact and would call us if need be. We are extremely grateful to Carl and Kate, they are an asset to the Entwhistle Green. I would definitely be using them for a long time and have also told family and friends to use them. I was selling from a distance, so it was important for me to get the right estate agents in place who would take the time to understand my specific needs and requests. I chose EG despite them not being the cheaper of all my options, but they were attentive and that was worth the extra. Be aware of Entwistle Green, Countrywide Group, under Connells Group in the UK

We signed a contract for full management with Entwistle Green in Widnes (co-firm of Countrywide and Connells Group) to rent out our property. They caused us damage on a value of our property by about £30000. They concealed their income in Annual tax report to HMRC repeatedly, ignored our complaints, refused to do check up, charged us money for work which has not been supported by any evidence, they charged us for uncomplete services, they have not cared about the law and the rights, they puy phone down or did not pick up their phone, the have not replied, ignored us to provide the documentation, they told answers differently from thr facts, and also the opposite between their workers, they caused irretrievable damages to us-landlord. Entwistle Green and Countrywide team went on Christmas holiday and knowingly left a leaking water on the tenants' heads. They were irresponsible ignorants, uselest unprofessionals, told us the lies, has not provided documentation and services ordered by the law, uncomplete documentatipn, reports, in entory, and check-out report for which they charged us they deducted our rental income without any documentation, quotes, photos for and after repairs, they allowed tenants to change a whole kitchen without our consent, if they changed gas, electricity, or water they had not made the revision reports, they caused us-the landlord many problems, they have not cared about 6x unpaid rent in two months arrears but told us that everything was fine, that the tenants were happy. They made us to feel that we were robbed and the law was ineffective to protect us-the landlord.
