Our landlord works with Entwistle Green and, to be clear, we have no issue with the landlord himself. He was very fair, confirmed from the beginning that we had left the property in excellent condition, and approved the full return of our deposit.

TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking company to sell…
Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.

If i could give minus 1 star i would, especially for the business in saint Anne’s, very prejudiced and judgy, i am a wealthy man and when inquiring about a property to rent to the snotty woman in charge of rental properties she immediately told me all properties are not available, such a horrible character trait to have.

Entwistle Green Crosby is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The initial inventory was filled with outright lies and took a very long time to rectify, during our rental the problems we reported for maintenance took very long times to be fixed. The exit inventory check was booked for over a month, we both took time off work to attend it because they can not be trusted, only after we had arrived at the property and waited, past the time that they were supposed to arrive did we get a phone call saying that they were not coming. Again we can not trust them to do the inventory without us present to ensure it is done correctly. So we will loose more work to attend if it is rearranged.Disgusting behaviour and a shameful display of customer service.

GoogleI recently rented a property through Entwistle Green with the help of Jodie Wilson. She was very professional, and the whole letting process was handled smoothly from start to finish. The only challenge I faced was that it took a little longer than I had hoped, as the landlord delayed signing the documents, which slowed things down. However, overall it was a good experience, and I appreciate the support I received throughout.

GoogleWould avoid, not very helpful, withheld deposit claim evidence for over 2 months, do not reply to emails, when I left the property I asked for a recommended cleaner who charged me £170 for what looked like a quick vacuum and left all the rubbish and leaking bleach on my floor. I was asked to do a viewing on the house I was leaving as they clearly couldn’t be bothered turning up. I believe countrywide are also part of entwistle green and I have had nothing but ignorance lies from these people, it’s now been 3 months and I am yet to receive any of my £950 deposit back for issues I have evidence to prove agains and they generally don’t care and do not respond to emails/calls. Might just be a one off but approach with caution

GoogleTitle: Disappointing Experience with Entwistle Property Management I had a challenging experience with Entwistle Property Management. After needing to leave my lease early due to unforeseen circumstances, I faced difficulties with the management. Despite apologizing and settling all charges they requested, I was disappointed to find that my entire holding deposit was claimed to cover cleaning costs for the two-bedroom apartment, which I was told would be re-leased. The treatment I received during this process was disappointing, and I felt there was a lack of understanding and fairness in their dealings with tenants. I would caution others to be wary when renting with Entwistle and to ensure they fully understand the terms of their lease agreement before signing.

TrustpilotUSELESS - buyers/sellers/renters AVOID
We were in the process of looking at buying at house at the start of this year. We found a house listed with this sorry excuse of an estate agent, and they booked us in for a viewing at 12.15pm. We got to the viewing and within 5 minutes there were at least 50 other people waiting outside to view this house. Everyone that had booked a viewing had obviously brought one of two people with them (a lot of first time buyer couples and their parent/s) so it was absolutely heaving.

I highly do not recommend using Entwistle Green. I dealt with Julie Winkler at the Bury branch. Extremely unhelpful and rude. She made it impossible to book a viewing for a house I was interested in buying. I since contacted the seller directly, to be told that the seller had been lied to on numerous ocassions and Julie was pushing for an inside job to sell the property to a property developer. Very unprofessional.

Advising what we needed to improve in the property to recommending a contractor, helping with the legals, working out what we needed to leave in the property. Rat infestation but they don’t think that’s urgent enough to ring landlady. The lady dealing with it isn’t in work but somehow they can’t tell me anything because she’s not in! What sort of a process is that when colleagues can’t check on what’s happening with maintenance issues. When I asked why they can’t ring rather than email landlady they hung up on me hope they don’t chew through electrics as if I was paying for property management for my home I wouldn’t be very happy.
