GoogleI have been a wonderful tenant for 1 year. 2 agents came for their routine inspection, saw the problem in the flat, but nothing has done fix it. I've made several emails and calls about this problem, but still nothing. They are just giving me numbers to call to, when it is their job to find the solution for that. I've been paying the rent religiously, without a miss. One more rain and my ceiling will collapse.

GoogleI’m quite disappointed with this company . Currently, I’m a tenant at one propriety Reeds Rains , pathetic service and communication from property management. This time , I’m begging them to fix my bathroom floor tiles from last 4 weeks - still no date to get it fixed. I have two young children, my daughter nail got broken with these tiles , they aren’t showing any humanity . I wouldn’t recommend at all 😡

Used them as letting agent for a former property. Upon leaving the company and selling house they gave me terrible service not returning calls and when managing my property I was constantly chasing them for work not done. I left a poor review for them and immediately got a call to tell me to remove this. They didn’t speak to me but my partner about the property and review they breached data protection as I had not given them permission to discuss anything with anyone other than myself. I felt harassed and was forced into removing the review. I now feel that I need to correct this situation and accurately inform service users of my experience.

GoogleIt's just a great shame we have to use letting agencies and estate agencies in the first place. They are only out to make money and adopt a "policy" of pretending to care about their customers. When and if you do need to use one do proceed with upmost caution. And keep an eye on those hidden fees!!!! They also have "adopted" a policy of NOT replying to customers emails. Not very professional!!!!

GoogleBy far the worst property management services I’ve encountered. They failed to carry out routine inspections, I always had to chase them up for paperwork or updates, they never returned calls when promised and they even lost the keys to one of my properties. Very poor customer services. I recommend that you look elsewhere, just as I did.
We’re sorry you were disappointed with the service received from Reeds Rains. We took over the management of your property from your previous agent with tenants in situ. While we aimed to conduct routine visits in line with our service level agreement, the tenants were evasive and we were repeatedly unable to gain access to the property. The keys were not lost, rather, they were never provided to us when we took over the property management. GoogleMe and my partner have recently moved into our new home and have been dealing with Sam throughout the whole process. She has made sure that we’ve been happy every step of the way and also has answered all the queries that we’ve had. She has been very informative, helpful, courteous and incredibly supportive.
