GoogleDealt with the company twice and both time were shocking. Not the company itself, that's unfair as majority of staff I've spoken to have been very nice, well mannered and helpful. All aside Loren who works there. To say her attitude stinks is an understatement. I'm sure a lot of business is or will be lost due to her attitude. The lies that spout out of her mouth is unbelievable. Not heard many good things about the company as whole, wouldn't let them rent a dog crate out

GoogleAfter my apartment was listed for 5 months, with another letting company, Lauren contacted me and discussed at length the advantages that the team at Reeds Rains could offer to me as a landlord. The best decision I have made, was changing management companies, as Lauren and Hannah have been nothing but professional, friendly, dedicated and extremely helpful. After 1 week we now have a tennant moving in. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I recommend all of the team, to landlord's and Tennant's alike, as they are awesome.

GoogleI used them to rent a house. No problems although when I had to contact them they always seemed quite rushed. The rental went through no problems and I would be happy to deal with these people again.

GoogleBeen with Reeds Rains now since August last year and I have been really impressed, from the first viewing right through till today they have been absolutely top notch, always happy to help, from the ladies that help from the office to the different tradesman that work for them have been brilliant they are always friendly. Would definitely recommend

GoogleAwful customer service. Very nice and helpful to begin with to ensure they get you in the property and quick to take your money. A short while after being in the property and reporting repairs time after time nothing was getting done. Persistent calling still doesn’t get you anywhere. Rude staff, placing you on hold abruptly then hanging up on you, always seems to be excuse after excuse. I’m left regretting ever taking on this tenancy and looking for somewhere else. Been here only a year (almost) and it’s been nothing but hard work. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

GoogleGreat to deal with a competent and highly professional team, which is also relaxed and friendly as well. I feel like I'm in safe hands as a landlord as communications have been great so far, no corners cut and messages get passed and phone calls are returned dealing with any matters swiftly. Nothing worse than trying to ring a company /agent all day with an important issue and getting no answer or you can tell it is set to go to answerphone! All the members of staff have been great who I have briefly dealt with, but Jess, Lauren and Rebecca have been stand out since joining Reeds Rains

YellAvoid at all cost
Unprofessional avoid at all costsI’ve sold a house they valued far too low for a quick sale and now I am renting one off them the windows won’t open or close, there’s a hole in the roof maintinance team is rude this is a failing business stay away at all costs for your own sake

GoogleWe have been buying and selling properties for over 40 years and this experience is the worst we have ever had. We felt Reeds Rains had a bullying tactic and seemed to be working for the buyer more than the seller who are paying the fees. We would not recommend your company to anyone
