I cannot recommend Hayley Mackridge at Reeds Rains highly enough. From start to finish she has been incredibly professional, supportive, helpful and thoroughly committed throughout the entire process of selling my flat. Hayley kept me fully informed every step of the way with excellent communication and an outstanding work ethic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond not only with the sale itself, but also helping and supporting matters relating to the lease and tenancy agreement. She is genuinely one of the most personable, approachable and hardworking person I have dealt with, and her dedication and care really made a stressful process so much easier. An absolute credit to Reeds Rains. Thank you Hayley!

The girls at Reeds Raine were great especially Shannon and Hayley. Only had my property on the market in September 2025 now February 2026 and have had an offer and sale on it which I hope goes through ok ! 20 out of 10 to Reeds Raine on Highfield Rd Blackpool and I will Highly Recommend them to Family and Friends etc. Well done !!!! I have had a purchase going through on a bungalow for around 11 months. No fault of mine OR Reeds Rains. But in the early days I had quite a bit of messing about to get the utilities on to view it properly and one of the young ladies in the office on highfield road was pretty useless. Then came Hayley Mackridge who has been amazing. Her emails have been consistent and professional and on the phone she is polite and friendly. She turned my experience around. She’s a gem. When I called in to finally get the keys for my new place she was busy with an elderly gentleman and I watched how patient she was with him and had pulled her chair round to his. Fabulous 👏

Rented out a property with them and it was shoddy from start to finish. Inspections were half arsed, communication was poor, the tenant check out process was basically just left for myself to deal with. The boiler needed work and it took them two months (and several follow up emails from me) for them to say the company hadn't responded. In the end, I sorted it myself. Not sure what I paid for every month but it wasn't the full management service like I expected edit: as you can see from their reply, they don't even have any of this on record - just proves my point about how disorganised they are. I am with a different rental company now thank goodness
