GoogleSo far so good, been dealing with Hayley on the lettings side for nearly 6 months and all is positive. Occasional delays getting issues resolved, but these are all out of Reeds Rains control. Also show me an agent where there isn't the occasional delay, especially when you're a full time renter like me.

YellAwful customer services
By far the worst property management services I’ve encountered. They failed to carry out routine inspections, I always had to chase them up for paperwork or updates, they never returned calls when promised and they even lost the keys to one of my properties. Very poor customer services. I recommend that you look elsewhere, just as I did.

GoogleViewed a house with reeds rains and really liked it, Hannah dealt with everything and it was all dealt with very quickly, always phoned to update me on my application and was very helpful. Can not thank her enough! I would definitely use this estate agency again if I were to come to move again.

GoogleMy cousin lives at one of these houses and has done with her little boy for 2 years, literally cannot fault anything they have done for her. They are always decent with her and she’s never had one problem while being with them. I couldn’t recommend a better agency to be with.
