GoogleWe worked with Michael from JLL to try to secure a rental property over the holidays. He went above and beyond negotiating with the landlord on our behalf for pet friendliness and furnishings, but in the end we were unable to move forward with this property. He was amazingly helpful and responsive, despite the difficulty of working during the Christmas season and the slow and inconsistent replies he was getting from the landlord. Great service from JLL.

GoogleWould absolutely recommend renting with JLL! We recently moved to a fabulous flat and everyone we interacted with in the agency was super helpful and friendly. Viewing with Michael was a breath of fresh air - he truly listened to what we had to say and made placing an offer and securing the flat as easy for us as possible. Both him and Bruna were quick to respond to any query while going through the motions of the application process and accommodated to every request. GoogleSelling a property is never easy but especially not during one of the worst markets in recent years. JLL were great from the start - they valued our property in line with the other agents we were looking at and offered us flexible rates and competitive terms which is why we went with them. I didn't gel with the first agent JLL assigned to the property but as soon as Charlotte took it over I knew that we had the right agent - Charlotte worked extremely hard to get us the right viewings and always came back with timely feedback which really helped with my nerves! Unfortunately due to the market we had to reduce the property price however this helped to open it up to a load more potential buyers and this meant we were able to get an offer. Our first offer was way off the mark but Charlotte worked with the buyer to increase it to an acceptable level. We then had a difficult and long 7 month period between offer acceptance and exchange in which anyone could have pulled out but Charlotte kept in regular communication and helped to keep the sale progressing. We exchanged with our buyer yesterday despite all of the doom and gloom in the markets and we're really happy with the service we received from JLL - and particularly Charlotte - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWhile I gave a 5 star review before moving in to the new property i'm now forced to revert back everything I said. The place where we moved in has been a nightmare, the additional clauses in the contract have not been respected, carpets are filthy, damp on the bathroom walls, heating not working and the list goes on and on. While they said they have been working on this, I full week has passed and nothing has been fixed. Some emails are even ignored and for others we receive replies after days.
