GoogleCancelling bookings last minute. Not returning phone calls and this company uses AI photos to make the houses look better. Very misleading.

Keyleigh was always on the go arranging viewings, Nicky never gave up through the sale process, always chasing solicitors right up to the completion. GoogleI’ve recently purchased a property through Keenans and the whole experience has been fantastic. Buying a house is always stressful, especially when the solicitors aren’t fully on your side, but Keenans really stepped up and supported me throughout. They consistently went above and beyond, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. A special mention goes to Molly and Miahanna for their outstanding help and dedication.

GoogleWe are currently selling our house with Keenans. The staff have been absolutely fantastic, very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Johnathon who is always happy to help, explains things well and has had too deal with my phone calls numerous times due to this all being very new to me. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few members of staff and they have all been lovely. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My property was undervalued by £10000- £15000. The argument behind it, which was to get more people through the door, was more to have a quick turnaround and get a commission. We spent 2 years renovating our property and had we agreed with them, we would have lost massively and couldn't have been able to afford our next property.By law, estate agent should be advertising their fee inclusive of VAT. The agent kept the VAT hidden until when the paper had to be signed, only to be shocked by an extra 20%. The first visit was filled with marketing tricks and fake offers which turned out to be higher than other agencies.

All of our fees ( including VAT) are clearly stated on all of our fee schedules/ paperwork/ marketing material. That aside a suggested marketing price and an achieved price are two very different things but statistically, compared to regional averages time and time again we have been independently recognised as achieving higher prices for our customers- it’s a shame here that didn’t give us the opportunity to show you what price we are able to achieve for you! GoogleElla was very helpful during our house buying journey. Rang us often to keep us informed and always was very useful with finding out information we asked for. On some occasions it was difficult to get ahold of her and she didn’t always return the calls we left but the instances were few and far between. But overall we are very happy with her service

GoogleWhen buying our first home we had very little to no communication with our solicitor, but Ella Walmsley kept myself and my partner upto date with everything every week without fail. She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and overall just showed she cared and wanted to support us. Everyone we delt with at Keenan's had been super helpful too but Ella went above and beyond and really kept us in the loop
