From start to finish Simon from Swinton has been absolutely fabulous! He is efficient, organised and very professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Keenan’s or Simon! GoogleMy experience with the Accrington branch was extremely frustrating. They assured me on the phone that I was in a good position to get the property, and even when I said I was willing to pay more, they kept telling me there was no need to increase my offer. Then my offer wasn’t accepted anyway. Instead, they kept pushing me toward their own mortgage adviser, even though I had mine ready. After all that wasted time, the property went to someone who used their recommended firms. I felt completely misled, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.

GoogleI just wanted to say that Molly at Keenan’s has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of my property purchase. She consistently kept me updated, always kept me in the loop, and promptly chased up any enquiries I had. Her professionalism has been outstanding, and she genuinely helped speed things along by staying in touch with both the Vendor’s Solicitor and my own. It made the whole experience so much smoother. I’ll definitely be keeping Molly in mind for any future property needs, she’s been brilliant!

GoogleBig shout out for Molly McNamara in the sales progression department of Keenans Estate agents, she did an amazing job with keeping us informed of the movement of the sale of our property. and also to Dave the individual who did all the viewings to the property apart from one. (who I believe has now left the company) And a very special shout out for the lady that does the photography for the sales schedule it was absolutely fantastic. Generally overall Keenans did a great job of the sale of our property, we choose them over Mortimers only because of thier sales base that Keenans had at the time on the market. There are occasions when trying to get through on the phone to the right person, can be a bit of a Nause but with perseverance you get there in the end. The very last thing that I would mention is the main stream solicitors that Keenans use is Watsons and Ramsbottom. I have used WR solicitors before when selling and buying property HOWEVER please be aware that this solicitors company have changed !!!! they are no longer a family run business, THEY ARE TOTALLY AND UTTERLY TERRIBLE. since moving the main office to Lytham St Annes, there is no way I will not endorse WR as they are probably responsible for the added and extra time that it takes to exchange your property. Please be aware and look for a different conveying solicitor when doing your buying or selling.

GoogleNo complaints about Keenans. The whole team I dealt with through the process have been great. Abbie the individual i dealt with who made every effort to stay in touch, keep me updated and just the friendly voice on the end of the phone you need when you have difficulties with solicitors. She took the time to advise and explain any questions i had no matter how often i mithered her she still made the time to speak with me. She kept professionalism throughout every contact we had. Without Abbie i feel i would have lost the plot from pulling my hair out with the solicitor i used. When we went to collect our keys from completion Abbie wasnt in the office however the serveral staff that was in the office were all welcoming. Friendly smiles and helped share the excitement to getting the keys to our first home. Thanks everybody at Keenans.

Lorraine is pushy encouraging you to go ahead when everything isn’t in place yet, you feel pushed into it and not secure, doesn’t care about anyone aslong as she gets the money.

GoogleLewis Usher at Keenan’s has been exceptional. Right from the very beginning he has been proactive, available to talk, quick at responding to emails, professional, friendly and dedicated. Overall I am extremely happy with the outstanding level of service provided by Lewis. One of the biggest reasons for me is Lewis has made a conscious effort to keep me in the loop throughout the process and offered invaluable advice and support for what became a difficult transaction. Lewis was on point at all times, was very knowledgeable, kept abreast of what was going on, wasn’t afraid to step in when needed and often went above and beyond to make the transaction move along to completion and remove the blockers. He was honest and transparent and I trusted Lewis which made the process a lot easier for me and less stressful. It goes without saying that Lewis is an an absolute credit to Keenan’s and without him my purchase would not have been possible. A massive thank you to Lewis for everything, I am very grateful. GoogleWe did not feel supported by Ella. We constantly had to chase everything and felt she never pushed anything forward. She was off work on two occasions and did not respond to e mails in a timely manner. Alicia supported us on one occasion when Ella was off and she was brilliant. We felt that driving sales was not one of Ellas strengths. We have sold and bought houses over the years and have never felt dissatisfied with an estate agent previously. I would never use Keenan's to represent me in any future sales or purchases.
