We were absolutely impressed with the service provided by Keenans Estate Agents especially Ella. The whole process of buying a house, from the initial stage of viewing the property and to the final stages of completion went very smoothly due to Ella’s proactive approach and professionalism. Ella was very informative, polite, built good rapport, and always had time and patience to listen to what we had to say and answer any of our questions and queries. She would always update us on a weekly basis without fail in regards to any updates, on any progress made about the purchase and would guide us with anything we were unsure of. As we all know, house buying can be a very stressful and a difficult experience, but having a person like Ella being part of this process can make the whole experience an enjoyable one due to her customer orientated approach. Just wanted to say big thanks to Ella and to those who were involved in the process for all the help and support. Thank you, very much appreciated.

I called to make a viewing instead i had someone called Jonathan Berry push me into selling a property with keenans once he found out that I'm selling with your move. So rude absolutely disgusting the way he spoke to me. Instead he starts telling me negative things about your move and that I should look to get keenans in If i wanted keenans to sell my property i would call them. I simply called to book a viewing for a property on the market?! When asked for his name he pretends the line is breaking up and that he cannot hear me. NOT PROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE absolutely DISGUSTING! I’ve heard negative feedback from sellers however this poor service i have witnessed myself. Unlucky Jonathan is unaware the call was recorded when he starts getting rude! I will be making a formal complaint! Avoid Keenans!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Having arrived in UK early August and looked at 37 houses from Liverpool Northwich, Buxton Macclesfield and Leigh the staff in this office were supportive communicative and friendly without being pushy and an example to many other agents. They understood my odd position and got as much information as I needed to help me make the best decision on the last house I shall buy in this lifetime with a garden I hope ill become a very productive food source .

I used Keenans as managing agents for my home when I was working abroad and needed to let it out.The service was very poor from the word go and cost me directly financially and indirectly through stress.When I gave notice to end my relationship with Keenans they ignored me until I made a formal complaint. Keenans ignored my formal complaint, I went to the ombudsman and Keenans misled the ombudsman, that is the last straw for me, simply breathtaking.I would recommend anyone to avoid Keenans like the plague

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless. I have just tried to engage in a potential purchase through Keenan’s, but they neither answer emails nor phone calls. I got as far as putting in an offer on a property a week ago after chasing them numerous times, but I have literally heard nothing further from them, even after telephoning yet again and leaving a message requesting an update. I am now walking away. There are a number of other agents who are very keen for my business, especially in these difficult economic times, so I will certainly not be wasting any more of my time with Keenan’s.

I would like to say what a pleasure it is to have had Miannah and George from the Blackburn branch to have taken us through the selling process so far up to us accepting an offer. They have been so professional, pleasant and friendly and never too busy to give us their full attention. They are an absolute credit to Keenans. In fact, everyone I have dealt with at both Blackburn and Accrington have been great. We have now been passed to Alicia in the Progression team who introduced herself in a very friendly and professional manner and I am sure she will support us just as well as all the other staff we have encountered. Great experience

I had an excellent experience using Keenan's. I found them to be extremely responsive and helpful at all stages. My sale had a few ups and downs (not the fault of the agent), but Robert was brilliant and found us the right buyer.After the sale was agreed Ella dealt with our matter and was always helpful and called me back when requested. Looked after by Keenans Rawtenstall Office and could not be happier. We got a other quotes for a property we are selling but Keenans gave us, what we considered to be the most realistic and Sam who came to do the valuation was really friendly and knowledgeable.The standard of communication from Aaron and James has been excellent around arranging viewings etc. We had a number of offers within less than a week of the house going on the market which were then well managed by Miannah who secured a sale above our asking price and kept us infomed as she negotiated with the potential buyers.I would recommend Keenans as they made the whole process user friendly and stress free.

Keenans sold our house within 5 days and were very professional throughout the whole process from valuation to viewings I cannot recommend them enough. Emily Bradley our negotiator that managed the process following offer to sale was amazing, keeping me regularly updated and liaising with the buyer and solicitors to push the sale through in the timescale we needed as we had to complete on another purchase on a certain date or we would have lost our ongoing purchase. Excellent service from Keenans Barnoldswick. Terri and Richard were flawless throughout the sale. We asked Keenans to act for us on Monday and the valuation was carried out the following day. Photography was quick and very good quality. Terri is very professional and pleasant, she kept us informed by text and email at every stage and for every viewing in advance even though we were not conducting the viewings ourselves. I would strongly recommend Keenans in Burnley. Jack is a super friendly lad who came to value our house. He got the photographer to photograph the property promptly and got the house on the market as quickly as possible. We had ten booked viewings in the first week and three firm offers straight away with two of them over the asking price. The girls in the office keep us up to date with what’s going on and they are all so friendly.
