GoogleNever again will I sell my house or have any dealings with Keenans Estate Agents. They made moving day the most stressful day I’ve ever had. At 6 months pregnant it’s not what I needed! The keys are delivered once the house is packed up. I don’t have a magic wand! There was no need to pester so much like a bunch of kids. Never again. I’ll go to the professional agents across the road who dealt with my purchase.

Thank you to staff at Keenans estate agents in Rawtenstall who are always very helpful kind and polite .Especially Jay and Liam who have helped us sell our property they have always given myself and my husband the very best Professional advice Always kept us up to date with any interest in our property and feed back on viewings we have had. When ever myself or my husband had any worries or questions we needed to ask all we had to do was speak to the agents and they put our minds at ease . My experience with keenans was first class all the way , as always . Dealing with Jonathan on a personal basis , from the Accrington branch selling my resent property which I have worked with Jonathan previously on other properties . I still find him to be extremely professional , considerate , knowledgeable . Nothing seem to be too much trouble , for him to keep us informed on a daily basis about where we where with are present sale . Jonathan Thankyou , from us both AGAIN .

Warning for both buyers and sellers - due to how sloppy and blatant liars these folks are, you are due to lose money along the way. We’ve placed an offer for a flat advertised as coming with a storage unit and parking, only to find out after the solicitors started their work that neither are actually included in the lease. We’ve informed them and there was no reply - no apologies, no attempts to renegociate, nothing. We actually had a red flag early on when two of the estate agents confirmed heating in the flat exists and is working, and only after we made it a condition to the offer to admit that they actually do not know if it works at all. Be careful, absolute time wasters

The whole team were friendly, very professional, super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I was kept updated regularly throughout every stage of the process and it was this attention to detail and focus on customer service which reinforced for me that Keenans were the right team to manage the sale.I had a lot of contact with Jack during the sale process and I would like to say a massive thank you to him for all his invaluable advice and guidance throughout. A very knowledgeable and experienced team member, he was instrumental in progressing the sale of my property to a prompt and successful completion.Jack is a credit to the business and because of the positive experience I had dealing with him and the wider team, I would have no hesitation in recommending Keenans to others and I would definitely use their services again.

Keenans provided a good service for our house purchase and our contact at Head Office, Emily Bradley, consistently went above and beyond in order to see the process through to completion. Emily consistently chased both sets of solicitors, sometimes doing their job for them, and the Land Registry in order to speed things along. Without doubt Emily was the most helpful person in the process for us; she was great. 5 stars for her personally!I would only raise two constructive criticisms about the process in general. Firstly, we were incorrectly told that the property we were interested in was freehold rather than leasehold initially, and it took several weeks for this to be corrected, by which time our offer had already been accepted. This was a significant error and whilst Keenans did apologise for it, it should never have happened with such a key piece of information about the house. Secondly, I would have really appreciated a direct dial number to Emily at times during the process. Moving house is a stressful process and it seemed unnecessary to have to go through the switchboard every time we needed to discuss an issue, as often only one individual was fully appraised of the matter. In future I think this information should be distributed once an offer has been accepted and the process is moving forward.Overall, I would recommend using Keenans, they provided a good service during our purchase and Emily was extremely helpful throughout.

House went online for sale on Saturday and sold on Tuesday! Advice and support from Adam about how to prepare for our sale meant we were able to spend a few weeks getting some jobs completed which would add value to the agreed sale price and then BOOM! - the house sold so fast and for a significantly higher price than it went up for. Thanks to Johnathon for his hard work getting us online quickly and negotiating a very efficient sale, thanks to Jess for the great photos and also thanks to Kieran for keeping us updated whilst the sale went through successfully last week. A very efficient and professional service that made the stressful process of selling a lot smoother than my previous experiences! A great experience all round. Thanks again.

I would not recommend our first agents in Barnoldswick, our house was up for sale with them for 18 months and we never got 1 viewing.We went with Keenans and in the first 2 weeks we had 3 viewings.We got a buyer but unfortunately it fell through (no fault of Keenans) due to our buyers wife being seriously ill.Our house went back on the market and within a very short time was sold again, this time it was successful.After selling we were put in the very capable hands of Liam.Liam was excellent and was always on hand to answer our questions, it seemed nothing was too much trouble for him.He phoned us weekly with updates even when there was no change to the current status.He is with no doubt an asset to Keenans.

I was recommended Keenans by a friend who had used their services before. I was aware that although the market is quite buoyant at present it would likely be a long, complicated and frustrating process to sell a house given how busy agents are and the restrictions from the pandemic.I needn’t have worried. Keenan’s were proactive, diligent and worked extremely hard to get the house online and ready to sell as quickly as possible. Not only that good to their word when they said they had buyers looking for my house I had multiple viewings booked in on day one.The very first viewing offered that same morning the full asking price of the house and the property was taken off the market on the morning it was put on!At this point I still expected things to take time. Hiccups. And all of the other delays you would see. Especially as I was due to go on holiday too for two weeks.None of that. Everything went extremely smoothly. Surveys. Searches. Solicitor engagement. Comms between all parties.Alll in all the sale from start to finish took under six weeks which is incredible. The service from Louis, Chloe and Kieran was phenomenal. They were always on hand if you ever needed them and over delivered on everything they promised.Keenan’s we’re a pleasure to do business with. And next time I am selling or buying I will be sure to use them. The team in Burnley are a credit to Keenan’s and exactly what you want as a seller and buyer.Faultless.

We have been using Keenans for a while and the service has always been great. We had the initial meeting with Richard, he was very knowledgeable and helped us get up and running in the sales process. His valuation was very accurate and the lender survey matched exactly. Due to no issues of ours or Keenans we had to re-list the property, in stepped Terri (or Terrific Terri as she is now known in our house), Terri has been relentless with getting us viewings and kept in contact with us at all times. We are happy to say that after some well vetted viewings we are about to move to our new home. Thanks to both Richard and Terri for all the hard work. We would recommend anyone in Barnoldswick looking to sell to give these guys a shout.

Keenans gave an honest valuation of my mother's property. After we agreed to go ahead the particulars were emailed to me for my approval and listed on 'Rightmove' too, within a matter of days. There was a lot of interest in the property straight away with 9 potential buyers offering their final offers. We accepted an offer that was well above the asking price! The team there have done an excellent job and were always keeping me up to date via email or phone. Thanks to Samuel, Aaron, James and Katie for all their help.

Having purchased through Keenans in 2018, we used them again to sell our house recently, whilst also purchasing a new property marketed by Keenans. We dealt with Johnathon B during the early stages, and then Sam K during sales progression. Both made the process of buying and selling much more relaxed. In particular, we would have regular contact and updates from Sam, and not only was he professional but the level of service was also personable, which I think was really great and a nice touch. We would always trust Sam to chase up where required and also answer any questions we had. If we were to be looking to buy or sell in the near future, we would go to Keenan's as our first port of call

Keenans have provided an excellent service from start to finish. They valued the house at a realistic price and kept in touch with me during the whole process. I must in particular offer my thanks to Emily who took over the process once an offer was made. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis and offered great support delivering on whatever she said she would do. The photos in the brochure were to a high standard. I also particularly like that I was asked for a couple of memories about the home and the area which they incorporated into the description of the property. Many thanks and I would definitely recommend Keenans and use them again.

Excellent service.Keenan's sold our house the day it was put on the market. From start to finish it was seamless, special mention to Louis and Jack (Burnley Branch) who were helpful, supportive and pro active throughout. And to Faye who kept us updated throughout the process. We moved county's so this was quite a stressful time for us, however, they kept us in the loop throughout. Unfortunately i definitely not recommended this estate agent. The guys don't know how to make a sale.they just fob customers off. I would go somewhere else if I wanted to sell.
