They didn't only help me through the buying process but because I was a first time buyer they also offered mortgage advice and recommended a solicitor, the purchaser went smoothly and the staff in the office and the sales team couldn't have been more helpful - I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience throughout the whole process with Keenans. Continuous support from James and a quick, efficient process. Photos and advert are above the quality of other local estate agents. Very helpful and always at the end of the phone when needed. Second time we’ve used Keenans and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Without Terri I don't think we would have achieved Mums dream home. Terri has offered Excellent customer service whilst carrying out her job but she is also sincerely compassionate. Very poor customer service, fundamental errors made. Properties not inspected when promised, vital details missed on inspections. Turnover of staff at an alarming rate, no hands off management solutions.

I have looked at a few properties in their portfolio and I have found the staff extremely rude and they speak to you like you are something they stepped in when you want a little longer than an hour to decide whether you are going to part with hundreds of thousands of pounds.
