Everyone at the Burnley branch have been so lovely so far, from the first valuation appointment with Louis to the correspondence with the office which has been very friendly and helpful. Selling my house has been very smooth sailing so far. I didn't want to do my own viewings so Jack took control and the house was sold within a week.

GoogleSo unorganized Staff aggravate situation on the property we were buying. Rang but when we returned call no one knew what they wanted? Tried to pressure us in decisions to be made. Would never use them ourselves, just sadly house we wanted to buy was with them. The for sale sign still at front of house nearly 11 months later they've never come to collect it

A REAL SUPRISE WHEN COMARED TO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES.MATTHEW ROBINSON LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND POLITE. THE HOUSE WAS SOLD WITHIN 5 DAYS, AND I WAS KEPT INFORMED AT EVERY STAGE-KEENANS NEED A BOLTON OFFICE !

I would like to say that 2 members of staff in particular made the experience better and went above and beyond for the sale and purchase of the properties. This agency made up stories to me from start to finish. I have logged calls and times and they cannot match their times to my calls.Their stories change from one day to another.Too big to be of any use.They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to calls and sadly are so transparent, even to a 23 year old.
