Our home was recently destroyed by a flood, so we contacted Keenan's letting agency in Accrington. We were looking to rent a property for our family urgently. Keenan's were extremely professional in their approach and managed to negotiate some very difficult terms within 24 hours, and secure us a property before many other companies had a chance to reply. GoogleBest thing about Keenan's was Alicja who was 5 stars. She was brilliant at chasing our chain (16 houses), always attentive to our stress and able to provide perspective. However, Keenan's is over priced for what they deliver, hence 3 stars.

GoogleAs I was walking through clitheroe looking for an estate agents I came across keenans. So I popped in all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was looking to sell my house and move into the ribble valley. I will only use keenans as they were very up to speed with the information they were giving out on the houses I was looking at. A great help thanks to every one at keenans.

Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.
