I kept in close contact with them throughout the whole process, they kept me updated regularly because it certainly wasn’t a straight forward purchase by any means and was very challenging. Harriet was always available to speak to us about our purchase and was very proactive in keeping us informed and upto date. It was reassuring having the same person to speak to throughout the purchase and was lovely when Harriet handed over the keys in person. Many thanks!!!!

Hi just a warning to people Keenans rawtenstall advertising a property in bacupWe fell in love with, had the survey and local searches done at a cost of around £1500 only to find out that what they advertised was totally misleading the property advertised parking for six vehicles which the property does not have.very poor communication from our initial offer so anybody thinking of buying from these please check everything before making an offer we feel so let down, and would never use them again.

GoogleWe purchased our first home with Keenans and also sold my parent's property a few months later. I can't honestly say I'm happy with either dealings. The gent that showed us round our new house was a bit arrogant and didn't seem to know what he was talking about in regards to the area. Kieron though, was very helpful and kept us informed with how things were panning out, but that's as good as it got. The valuator that came to my parent's property was friendly enough, but was so quick and wasn't realistic with the valuation. We put it on the market for a lot less than he reckoned and it ended up proving us right in the end. On the day of signing the contracts, I received a phone call from Keenans asking if I'd taken all the carpets up and removed them from the property. This hadn't been mentioned before, but apparently our buyer wouldn't sign unless they were gone. Keenans had zero sympathy and told us we needed to get them removed ASAP. Fast forward to when we put our house on the market, we actually phoned Keenans to come and give us a valuation. Another company came in a week before Keenans could, so we went with them, but were then bombarded with calls nearly every week asking how things were going, which reeks of desperation.NegativeQuality, Value

Had a viewing today with Jack in Burnley, he was so helpful and knew everything about the property and the area, an amazing staff to have. Then went to the Burnley Branch and met Chloe, Katie, Gemma, and Jade all lovely 10/10 customer service and the decor was amazing! Great office!

Keenans have been consistently good performers as letting agents and property managers. I've had very few issues; my property and tenant are well managed, and their processes are relatively stress free. I've recently been working with Joe W on contract renewal. He’s been very efficient and professional.Only room for improvement is updates and follow up. Keenans are excellent at informing you when issues occur and assisting in finding a solution, but sometimes it can take a prompt to find out if there has been progress or if works have been completed. However, when asked, I’ve always had a quick and professional response.
