I’ve enquired on a few properties for sale as I have just got my mortgage certificate and looking to purchase my first house I was recommended to use Keenan’s however after phoning and leaving a voicemail, messaging on whattsapp and leaving an enquiry on right move no one’s got in touch with me at all.

If your registered disabled DO NOT GO TO VIEW. They look you up and down, they judge you, and say they will send a email to apply. But the email never comes they are very stuck up and think there above the rest. I will never deal with these again.

Whenever we needed to speak with her or her colleagues we were always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and any questions or issues were always dealt with either immediately if possible, but if anything more complicated arose they would always go away, find the answers and provide the necessary updates. All in all we were very please with Ella and her colleagues.

GoogleAwful to deal with, we purchased our property through them and had nothing but issues, rang every day for a week requesting a second viewing, no response, had to turn up to the house to ask the owner, they hadn't been contacted. Embarrassing customer service and blatant lies, telling us that the previous buyer who dropped out, hadn't had any searches done, and the owner told us he had. Called to tell us we could collect the keys 3 hours after we had been in the house. Just ridiculous

GoogleAbsolutely seamless process from start to finish when arranging renting a new property. Quick and efficient and above all friendly and professional. Specific mention to Callum who was my main point of contact and kept me informed at every step of the way leaving me worry free. Additionally Kamil and Katie who I also dealt with during the process. GoogleWhere do I begin. Keenans are liars. If your selling a property through them then please avoid. They will not get the best price for you. All they are after is a quick turnaround and put pressure on the sellers in accepting an offer which in this instance they were old and vulnerable. I'd put in an offer on a house I liked only to be informed that my offer was rejected because of the size of the deposit of 70%. Why should that matter when I had a mortgage in principle agreed for the remaining amount. I then spoke to the vendors directly who informed me that Keenans had put them off from accepting my offer despite it being the highest. The poor vendors were old and had been lied to by both Robert and the branch manager Jonathon about my financial situation. I will be taking this matter up with the property ombudsman as Keenans should not be allowed to conduct their business like this.

GoogleWorst estate agency I been dealing with- from start to finish. Massive rotation of staff, lots managers “of managers”. Whole company structure is a joke- nobody is responsible for anything. Opted for full managed service as landlord. They haven’t inspected property, nor checked tenants, they been collecting money and thats it. Tenants trashed newly renovated property and left unpaid bills. Cannot get deposit back, communication is poor- this looping for 5 months now. I will be raising a dispute with my legal team to deal with those cowboys to get my money back as have full trace of evidence (if will not get money back). Been nice and polite, but enough is enough. Advise to Directors and senior staff- reduce your staff, you don’t need dozens of managers who do nothing. Even Keenans employees admitted that lettings side of business is struggling due to internal issues. Please don’t ask to contact you to resolve those problems as I am contacting you every day.

We viewed a house as first time buyers, we loved the home but as a young couple that’s never looked to purchase a house before, we had a look around briefly and then later that day put an offer in because we loved what we saw! Our offer hadn’t yet been accepted but we called to arrange another viewing to have another look around and explained that we didn’t look properly and wanted to check to see if things were working but were told that they presume things are working as it’s being lived in at the moment and if we wanted another viewing we would have to retract our offer as they want to know we’re ‘serious’ about buying. As first time buyers we weren’t sure of the process and didn’t want to miss out on the house so we stuck with our offer and didn’t view again before our offer was accepted. After speaking to a mortgage advisor, we’ve realised this isn’t standard practice and has resulted in us living in a property we aren’t entirely happy with, one of the issues being damp. If we could have had a look again with others maybe they would have been able to point out signs to us. Really unprofessional and quite upsetting for us now living in a house with problems we can’t afford to fix.

GoogleThe company discriminates against people on benefits. People on benefits have to provide a guarantor which is ridiculous and unfair, as most people on benefits are less likely to have that, the rent gets paid the same as if you were working so policy that makes no sense. And the very lovely gentleman slammed the phone down on me when I said I would leave a review. If you don't have a brain cell the last sentence was sarcasm.
