They did an electricity inspection about 3 months ago with a company that did not even have or give a name. The day before the company cancelled. Then told me they could only fit me in 2 weeks later

TrustpilotStarted off badly a couple of the team…
Started off badly a couple of the team quite abrupt which put me off. Got a call back from Jonathan things started to improve. Got what I would call harassed trying to get my solicitor to hurry up!!!! Bearing in mind we were right on schedule. Tried to get a final inspection but was told by Luke they were too busy!! Kieran took over very pleasant professional and the others could take a leaf out of his book. I felt once everything was going through the after care was non existent just onto the next sale. Would not use this estate agent if selling.

Absolutely over the moon with the service we received from Keenans during both the sale and purchase of our property.I mainly dealt with Sam,Gemma and Chloe who were all so helpful, knowledgable and friendly.I would definately recommend anyone use Keenans as they got us exaxtly what we wanted for house and kept us up to date at all times!

I’ve started the process of buying a house from this estate agents and Terri Eccles has been a huge help! The communication is great and definitely important when moving house so that’s appreciated. She also let me know of any new properties that came on the market in my price range. Has been a huge help and I just can’t wait to move in!

One of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELIEVE THEY CHARGE A LOT TOOI have tried to reply direct - Cree has already called me for further feedback following my review - I have made it clear where the issues lay and cannot be more clearer. I understand that it’s a very busy period for estate agents but felt like I had to do a lot of the chasing, I was constantly given conflicting information. By all means if you wish to discuss anything further please do let me know.

When Simon came round to value our house, he was not only professional, he was also very reassuring, he pointed out all the good selling points in our home, and advised how to highlight them, and he assured us they would take care of everything, from taking pictures, to arranging viewings, and showing possible buyers around, once the house was live on the website, and viewings were booked the house sold within 24 hours! And right up to the date of completion, keenans kept me up to date on all aspects of the sale, making the whole experience smooth and hassle free, I'd definitely recommend keenans to anyone wanting to sell their house, truly professional service

From the initial meeting with Simon Worthington, the valuer, through to the agents that handled all the correspondence, we felt supported and well advised.Communication was excellent, and we followed Simon’s advice from his initial assessment and the sale was quite painless.From what could’ve been a difficult and emotional time as we handled my father’s estate, we were helped and guided by Simon and the rest of the Keenans team.

James Brooking and all the team at the Rawtenstall branch have been absolutely brilliant in helping us secure our dream house. Polite, friendly and pro-active in every way. He has given help and advice throughout what can be quite a stressful process and explained everything to us in great detail. If they couldn’t give us a answer there and then they would update us to say why and also a timescale of when they’ll be able too do so. If James wasn’t available everyone else in the office was able to update us as they all seemed to know what was going on. Communication is key in situations like this and this is where James has excelled. We’ve been that impressed with the service that we’ve decided to rent our property through Keenans as well. From the moment I spoke to Keenan's to the end of the sale every member of staff were wonderful Sam, Paul, Lauren and Kieran. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the WORST estate agents I have ever dealt with. No issues get addressed, they refuse to speak to landlord for you and won’t provide contact details. Seems to be ran by immature children that have 5 GCSES to their name. Laughing down the phone, new case manager every week. The whole company is an absolute shambles and needs shutting down!! I honestly would rather live in a tent than ever deal with Keenan’s again. Landlords do NOT work with them as they are putting off tenants wanting to live in your property and absolutely rinsing you.

His enthusiasm really showed and he was very informative and could answer any questions I had about the property. Emily Bradley is a credit to your business. Whatever she gets paid, you should double it. She basically did my solicitors job for them as well as her own. If it wasn’t for her persistence, an it was left up to my solicitors I’d still be waiting to complete in the year 2050. Thanks for all your hardwork.
