Crown estate agents tried hard in spite of the coronavirus lockdown. Lisa was always helpful and did all she could to encourage people and get viewings sorted. Thank you Lisa

I have arranged to view a particular property 3 times. The first appointment slot they had the wrong keys to the property. Secomd appointment slot we were told we could view to suit our time schedule and the appointment slot was booked in for us. However the evening before we we contacted to say that time wasnt available and could we rearrange.. We again have to rearrange for a slot that is not very convient for us. If it wasnt for the fact we are keen to see this property we would avoid using or viewing anymore of these agents properties. The staff are nice on the phones just been messed around too many times sorry!!!!!!!!

Top service again!

This is the 2nd property ive sold with crown estate's and it's been a pleasure selling my property's. Martin and his team work so hard and always chase things up right away. Great service and I saved money using their solicitors around £400 so it was a winner in my book! Many thanks Crown Estate

Very pleased with the service just had from this letting agent based centrally in blackburn. I'm a landlord with several properties in Lancashire and previously used a Blackburn letting agent that's now closed, so bit of a dilemma who to use when one of my long standing tenants gave notice. Crown were professional and informative and found me a replacement tenant promptly. I would recommend and will be using them again.

Wanted to buy a house on rosewood avenue it was advertised on there site but they did not let me view the property even though it had just been listed on right move. Well in the end it was sold to a close associate of Martins!!! Stay away from them if selling or buying a house they will not get you the best price!

I am a landlord with two properties managed by Crown Estate & Letting Agents. Since transferring from a underperforming agent in Oct 2012 to Crown they have gone out of their way to provide an excellent service and clear up issues from the previous Agent. Anybody looking for a quality Letting Agent should look no further in the Blackburn and Hyndburn area - Recommended.

Best estate agents you could use. As a buyer, they helped me out massively on everything I needed to know about the property which drove me to purchase the house. If you are selling or buying definitely use crown estates!
