GoogleBest estate agents you could use. As a buyer, they helped me out massively on everything I needed to know about the property which drove me to purchase the house. If you are selling or buying definitely use crown estates!

GoogleNot happy with the service received. They were told on several occasions to close the doors and turn off all lights as the property was empty but the message never seemed to get through. They also valued the property at a price which was unrealistic.

GoogleRent will be paid late even though they have had the rent in there account for over a month! Martins accounts should be looked in to avoid him like the plague!!! ask any estate agents in Blackburn about them see what they say!

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Very unprofessional staff, will promise to call you back and you will not here from them. They claim to be the best in the business but they can’t manage 1 property stay well away!

GoogleNever give them a property to manage they're incapable of doing so. You will never get a reply to your emails or call. Very unprofessional a lot better estate agents in Blackburn shop around don't use crown estates.

GoogleUnbelievable booked a viewing at a property on more than one occasion and they are always late, been waiting for 25 minutes now and every time I call the office I’m told 5 minutes this is a joke.
We are sorry to hear your review. Unfortunately the key holder meeting you at property had been held up on a previous appointment, and therefore we did offer to re-arrange. We hope this does not put you off viewing properties in the future, as this is not our usual practise.

GoogleAbsoulte fake! Advertising other agent properties for sale, when you contact them and put an offer the answer is that is going to an auction and the starting bid is higher then they advertised it :-o

GoogleThey advertise no sale no fee ! Didn't sell our house but we still had a solicitor fee to pay !! Still waiting for a refund of 230.00 we had to pay
As the buyer pulled out of your sale we did not charge you a fee for our services. However as the solicitor had already carried out work, they decided to charge a fee, which unfortunately we have no control over. The property did go on to sell in our auction and no fee was charged to you from ourselves.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
