Lisa has been fantastic, I can not praise her enough, she was always professional & her communication since taking over the sale of my property was second to none. In my opinion Lisa is a great asset to Crown & a great improvement from the previous agent.

I am more than satisfied with the service given by crown estates. They answered queries quickly and efficiently. Lisa was very helpful in liaising with several parties in a complicated series of transactions . I recommend them without hesitation

Warning, Regarding Meadowbrook rise houses.... Previously they were langdale homes and Meadowbrook rise management, opulwood homes . They work with different names to fool people. Houses are extremely poor build quality with hundreds of major issues... Save your health and money. Don't buy any property at Meadowbrook rise development.

Have dealt with Martin and his team at crown for years now on small matters, have known him since he had his office in Darwen. A Sound guy and always been very obliging. Certainly on of the more honourable agents in Blackburn. Happy to recommend.

Saw an estate agent called Martin, was very nice and polite, and explained everything in detail, only downfall for crown estates and lettings, they take too long to answer the phone, even after multiple calls. Other than that, i would recommend.

All I'm saying is read the review people they are all saying a similar thing.....CROWN ARE NOT BE TRUSTED...… The owner is a crook and Francine is lying thief who will steal your rent you are owed and blame the tenant!

I find all the staff at Crown to be extremely professional and helpful. Especially Martin, who has helped us through a difficult time with our rental property. I highly recommend Crown Estate & Letting Agents. I wouldn’t use anyone else to manage my property.

Amazing service once again. This year Crown have sold one property and helped me buy another and also rent one out. I have found the service that Lisa and the staff provided first class. If I ever needed to refer a friend or family then Crown would be my first choice. Hope to deal with you all again very soon.

Absolute fantastic team. From the first day to the last, they were there for me every step of the way. Martin, Lisa, photographer, other team, members, solicitor, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

the worst estate agents i have ever dealt with in 20 years of renting. Never fixed a thing in the property at all. I took time off from work for them to come around for an inspection and they never turned up. This happened 4 times. Very unprofessional and a company who doesn't care at all. Tried to make me pay my deposit twice as the original estates agents never put it in a deposit scheme. Threatened to through me out of my property unless i paid it agin. The property was in Great Hardwood, Blackburn by the way.Instead they are more interested in creating a new logo for their website. NEVER...I repeat NEVER rent a property from them !!!! STAY WELL CLEAR !!!
