GoogleAbsolute jokers cant follow basic instructions rent not paid on time no statements produced looking for another agent. False promises of improvements but still a catalogue of failures and errors.
As the tenants pay by Bacs, it wasn't always received on time. We have now set up a standing order to Mr Iqbal to avoid any future delays in rent.

Googlevery unprofessional never give them a house to let out. Francine doesn't return calls for weeks on end. Look elsewhere they're service is terrible!

GoogleNever give them a property to manage they're incapable of doing so. You will never get a reply to your emails or call. Very unprofessional a lot better estate agents in Blackburn shop around don't use crown estates.
