GoogleAll staff were really helpful, especially Emma. No question was too silly and you were always updated with any developments. Responses were fast and always dealt with any issues/ concerns promptly. Emma often went above and beyond to make the letting process as easy as possible for a novice landlord like myself. I would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleFacilitated an overpriced house in a dangerous area and were difficult in the booking process often threatening to ensure the house got sold to us, even saying that we'd loose the house unless we agreed to the landlords terms to pay £50 for wifi a month when previously wifi/broadband was listed as not included. No faith in this company to not oversell low value.NegativeValue

GoogleEmma and the team have been brilliant in letting my flat. They have organised the paperwork excellently, so we are fully compliant with all the required legislation. They were also excellent in reviewing the credit quality of the potential tenants, advising on the most appropriate tenants and taking additional security to help secure my position as landlord.

GoogleI have rented a property through CJ Hole for many years. I just remortgage my Buy-2-let mortgage through their in-house advisor Barry. All well quickly and smoothly and it has saved me £100‘s per month! Definitely recommend them.

GoogleService was efficient for getting the let. But unfortunately they proved no use when the landlord withheld our deposit, based on damage by previous tenants, after we spent the day cleaning the place before leaving.
